1. Study for 30 minutes. Your brain only effectively absorbs information from the first and last 15 minutes of studying.

2. Chew a gum. Eat chocolates. Drink Water instead of coffee. This will help you retain your memory civilizely

3. Stop Procrastinating. Divide your work. Make it positive and rewarding. Forgive yourself and move on.

4. Use Spaced repetition. Increase the time between learning something and revising it again to test how you have learnt it.

5. After learning something, replay it in your mind and then describe it to yourself for 40 seconds.

6. Read. Understand. Read. Understand. Write. Read. Understand. Write. Memorize. Read. Read.

7. Prioritize difficult subjects when studying.  Use your energy and brain power on the more difficult subjects first. Save the easiest for last. This is super effective for me.

8. Find a conducive place for studying.
Your study place is a crucial factor in how we execute different tasks.

9. Take a break and relax. Dont overexert yourself. Dont pressure yourself.

10. Study days ahead. Planning will reduce anxiety and cramming from lack of time.

Remember: you need to take studying seriously but not at the expense of your health ( or your sanity )

Just be light. Dont push yourself if you cant. Sleep. Eat. Read. Understand.

>>||4am-6am : Brain functions 100%
>>||Night functions only 20%
>>||6am to 7am: Brain functions only 50%

Brain oxygen level:

Breakfast: 60-80%
Lunch: 10-20%
Dinner: 30-40%

Night sleep
Minimum - 6 hours
Maximum - 8 hours
