Chapter Forty:

(Y/N)'s POV:

N-nani?

That's what he need my help for.

“And what exactly do you need my help for in this 'plan' of yours?” I asked.

“I'll tell you when we get there.” Ethan said.

“Where?”

“... Aren't we going to Hawaii?”

“Oh right, right. Sorry. Shall we go back?”

“Yeah, I wanna see Ron's reaction.”

I nodded as a reply and entered the room.

I sat on my usual spot.

“What did you two talk about?” I heard someone say behind me.

“Holy crap! Denis you scared me.” I exclaimed.

“What did you two talk about?” Denis repeated, just more sternly.

“What were you two talking about?”

“I saw you leave the room with him, what did you talk about?” He repeated for the third time today.

“I was given strict instructions not to tell you.” I answered hoping that will make him stop questioning me like how an FBI agent, questions his only suspect.

“On a scale of 1 to 10, how strict?” He asked smiling, a sign he's regaining a little bit of his playfulness.

“10 million. Now let's continue the truth or dare game.”

“Ethan, who do you choose next?” Sub asked.

“Denis.”

Denis smiles. “(Y/N). Dare.”

I thought for a moment and said: “I dare you to stop asking me questions.”

“And if I don't?”

“Are you challenging me Mr. Kopotun?” I asked and playfully raised a brow.

His playful demeanour disappears as he clears his throat.

Why do I feel like there's five pairs of  eyes that wants to kill Denis because of his flirty behaviour?

Oh right, The Pals are still here.

Excuse my sarcasm.

“Okay, no questions. You have to keep up this dare until...” I stopped and looked at my watch. “2:00.”

Denis' eyes widened and he tilts his head. “Come again?”

“2:00”

“Are you serious?-” He started but I cut him off.

“No questions...” I warned.

“Yes.”

“Starting now.”

“It's... it's 12 in the afternoon...” He deadpanned.

“Oof- that's torture.” Alex joked.

“Destruction 100.” Elijah added.

I chuckle.

I pull out a pen- wait no... the pen. The very Sharpie I used to draw on Elijah's face and many other pranks.
