~Reid's POV~
I wake up on a dull grey December morning feeling a warm, steady breath on the back of my neck. I instantly smile.
I grab Jane's delicate left hand that is rested on my hip. I roll over to face her beautiful face. Sometimes I just like to stare at her. Her flawless movements, her upbeat personality.
Jane's eyes slowly open. She has a beautiful smile on her precious face that I have kissed a thousand times.
"Happy Birthday," she whispers and our lips lock. When we gently pull away, she rubs her hands up and down my bare chest. "Wow. Twenty are we? You're getting old." She giggles.
"You are older than me!" I tell her, still owning a grin on my face.
"Only by a few months!" She complains, jokingly. I brush a few strands of her long brown hair behind her ears. She blushes.
"I love you, Jane." I whisper.
"I love you too." We kiss deeply for what seems like a very short time.
But I want it to last forever.
Yay! Book two! So, if you like it, please let me know! It was a blast to write and also let me know if you like the alternate POV or not... this would be my first time writing in a guy's perspective, so hopefully I did okay.
