This author really knows how to make readers like me begging for more. It pulled me in when I first read it. But the part that I love the most is the student-teacher one. My heart has stopped whenever I read it. Even though it's a one-shot anthology book. This author is really good at writing erotic stories combining the paranormal genre. I hope she writes more soon. I can't wait.

Since this is a bit of a different book in the sense that it's a short story, I'll review each story as a standalone.

1- Yes Sir

Like many of the comments already left, I'd love more background on the characters. The scene itself is fairly well written and I understand it's a one-shot but I found it difficult to suspend my disbelief to get into it as I found it hard for someone to submit so thoroughly to someone else they just met. As much as it may be a cop-out, I'd almost be more into it if this was more of a dream or fantasy.

2 - Lesson 1 Master

This one was intriguing to me because I was curious about how the role reversal of a dominant being tied up could change the dynamic. I think you did a good job of maintaining his dominance despite being user his pet control although there were times he felt a little submissive. For me, however, this story had more technical issues where sometimes the subject of the sentence didn't match the action or the breaks in dialogue was not consistent with actions. A few times I had to reread to be able to follow the action. Watch out for those.

3 - Bio

I found this story to be probably one of the most well-written ones of the ones I read from the book. I don't have a lot of experience with Bxb so the only suggestion I can point out is the italics in some of the speeches. Usually, italics are used to indicate mind speech or something that is not common so I was distracted in trying to figure out the significance of the italics in speech and how it differs from the other speech.

4 - Spirits

Yay! More representation! I'm really happy to see the spectrum explored in these stories. Again, the italics threw me off. There were some technical issues in this one that I'm sure a sweep of edits would fix. Another small technical thing: I noticed a lot of "said" or "asked" etc. Those don't necessarily need to be there unless you are trying to describe the way the words were said as we already know the character spoke or asked a question. Also small little point - it's spelled Feng Shui and the art is a lot less about how much a place looks and a lot more to do with arranging a home to promote harmony and good fortune. It would be best to not drop a cultural concept like that casually without giving it more context and appropriate use. However, of all the stories, I think I love the build-up of this one the most, making the connection between Chris and Alice, thus the sex a lot more believable and sexy.

5 - Zombie 1

The world-building in this story, with as few words as it is, is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to read. The premise is creative as it is beautiful and I would love to see this as a full-blown novel. Some of the things I pointed out in the previous story applies here but overall, this one is an absolute favourite.
