"Are you sure your mom doesn't mind?" I asked Ashton for the fifth time as him and I got ready.

"Payton, my mom loves Cleo and Cleo loves her- there's no problems" Ashton laughed lightly, pulling me closer to him, pecking my lips gently.

"I just feel bad for asking her to watch my responsibility-" "everyone needs a day off Payton, now get ready"

We were going on a "fancy" date as Ashton said- so strict dress code.

I flat ironed my hair before slipping into a simple black dress, pairing it with nude wedges.

I did my make up slowly, seeing Ashton walk in, dressed in a button down and slacks that I've seen him wear in the hospital before.

"Ouu, handsome boy" I smiled out, seeing a smile come to his face.

"Beautiful babygirl"

After kissing Cleo multiple times, making her promise that she would be good and thanking Ashton's mom, Ashton and I left hand in hand.

I held his hand as he drove, playing with his rings.

We went to a nice restaurant- almost too nice for the two of us, who were more than likely to end up throwing food at each other.

We ordered, sipping wine slowly.

We talked, we got bonding time that we have never gotten due to Cleo or one of the guys- I was in love with it.

After dinner, we went walking through a park, where I ended up taking off my shoes, he took them into his own hands, holding my hand with his free one.

"I could sit here forever" I mumbled as we sat on a bench, looking up at the stars.

I saw him looking to me, making me look to him.

"I love you" He spoke out

Every bone in my body dropped- I'm sure my heart fell through my ass and ran away.

"You- you-"

"I love you" he repeated with a smile, sitting up to look at me closer.

I immediately brought our lips together, holding his head in my own hands gently, dominating the kiss

I pulled away, resting my head on his forehead

"I love you too"
