"So, you haven't seen your siblings in how long?" Cami asked, accusingly. "And now you're visiting regularly?"
"Well, when I find out my brothers are back from the dead, I do believe a visit is warranted."
"Hm. And what happened to staying away from my sister?"
"I did. I haven't been here in months." He frowned. "What exactly are you accusing me of?"
"Okay, since when are you interested in someone else?" Alexis glared.
"Since when do you take Kol's word for anything?"
"You're not giving me a straight answer."
"I'm not involved with anyone else, Lex."
"Still nursing that heartbreak, then, huh?" He glared at Kol, who smirked.
"Seriously, shut up."
"How comes you've never mentioned this girl before then?" Alexis crossed her arms.
"Do you tell me about every stranger you've ever met?"
"Do you always sleep with strangers?" Cami folded her arms. Kol snorted.
"You slept with Cami's sister?" Davina looked at Arkyn, brow raised.
"I can answer that one for you. He definitely didn't." Kol looked at her.
"Huh, so what? They spent all night doing what?"
"This seems like the kind of thing you should discuss with your sister, so if you'll excuse me, we should go."
"I'm not leaving till we spend some actual time with Kol. He came back from the dead, and I don't trust him not to get himself killed. Again."
"I'm right here."
"I can see." She snapped back.
"I missed you too, princess."
"Call me that one more time, and I'll demonstrate just how mortal your new body is."
"You can't kill Kol." Ark sighed. "You'd miss him too much."
"I'd forgotten how irritating he could be."
"Yes, and if you kill him, you'll miss how irritating he can be." Alexis rolled her eyes, glaring at him.
"You need to get back in your original body as soon as possible."
"You mean the urn of ashes currently housed by Nik?"
"I'm sure I can recreate it or something."
"You're not going to be here that long, Alexis, and I very much doubt Klaus will agree to hand over Kol's ashes to you."
"He could give them to you."
"Yeah, sure. Right after we go get a drink, he won't mind handing over Kol's remains."
"He might. If you guilt trip him." Kol shrugged.
"You're confusing me with Rebekah."
"And where is our darling sister?"
"I don't know if you've heard but she and Klaus had a spat. She's avoiding New Orleans for a while." Marcel appeared at the door looking angry. Alexis raised her hand to snap his neck again but Arkyn stopped her, pushing her hands down.
"You're not supposed to be here." Marcel glared at him.
"Really? Says who?"
"Says Klaus for one."
"What are you going to do? Try to attack me again?" Davina glared at Arkyn.
"You guys were the ones to snap his neck."
"Well, to be fair, love, who wouldn't want to snap Marcel's neck?" Kol remarked.
"Not helping." She glared at him.
"Wasn't trying to." He smirked.
"Kol, try not to irritate her if you're trying to win her affections." Alexis teased.
"What time's your flight, Lex?" He shot back and she glared at him.
"Not until tomorrow."
"Alexis." Arkyn said warningly.
"Tonight?" She tried.
"There's a flight in three hours. You can spend an hour with Kol before you go. Deal?"
"Fine." She grabbed Kol's arm, and looked at Davina. "I'm taking your boyfriend out for a little while."
"Sweetheart, I can't really be seen out there, with my parents out there."
"That's boring."
"Well, I find ways to amuse myself." He looked at Davina.
"Gross."
"Come on, princess. We're in the middle of a spell, if you'd like to help out."
"Is it a life or death spell?"
"Yes, my life or death." Alexis looked at Cami, guiltily.
"I'd love to. I haven't done any big magic since, well since Mystic Falls actually."
"And you can go out around the city." Kol told his brother.
"I've had enough sightseeing. Where's Finn?"
"He's... not being as cooperative as Kol."
"I quite like this century." Kol winked at his brother.
"Need I remind you that you died?"
"I did. But I'm back now, and it was quite the adventure." Alexis hit him and he winced.
"I don't think Lex approves of your nonchalant attitude to death."
"Don't get me wrong, it's not something I'd like to experience again, but I'm back."
"Well I'm glad someone enjoyed it." She glared at him.
"Alexis," He started.
"What's this life or death spell?" She asked, and Kol looked at Davina.
"I don't trust you." Davina said bluntly.
"Well, of course not. I'm a stranger to you. I'd be worried if you did. But I'm guessing you kind of trust Kol, and he'll vouch for me."
"Kind of?" Kol sounded offended.
"Well, I don't really know the exact nature of your relationship, so... just a guess." She shrugged.
"Well, I also know how Ark gets when you get involved in magical problems."
"Not a kid anymore. I get to choose what I involve myself in." She said stubbornly.
"Is that why Ark has so many grey hairs?"
"No way! Pretty sure half were because of Rebekah."
"I'm getting a drink, then I'm going to go talk to Finn." Arkyn walked out. A few minutes later, Cami followed him. "If you have questions about your sister, just ask her."
"Did you sleep with her?"
"No." He answered honestly.
"What did you two talk about?"
"What?"
"Well, Caity didn't want to stay in town. She couldn't get far away quick enough. But after uncle Kieran's funeral, she was insistent she stayed. Nothing could have changed her mind so quickly."
"I didn't compel her if that's what you're thinking."
"So what did you say to her?"
"I didn't tell her anything that would have made her stay. If you really wanna know why she's here, ask her."
"Easier said than done."
