Another World

Go!!

  I stared at the ceiling waiting for everyone to wake up after what had happened I couldn't let myself sleep. After all, I was the victim I was the one he wanted. I wasn't scared I just felt numb but I guess there what everyone wanted.

Yesterday filled my head to the brim. There was nothing else I could think about. Nothing had made sense.

Why me?

What did I do?

Did I really get away from this thing or would he be back for me?

I had plenty of questions with no answers. Ever since I came here all I've gotten were questions with no answers.

"Go to sleep" I heard from across the room

"yea sure" I responded but I knew that I wouldn't be sleeping at all but I did have to close my eyes.

Close my eyes and see the thing that was keeping me up.

"Are you ready?" Noen asked

"Yup," I said as I set my backpack down on the rocks. I didn't feel scared I had still been numb from yesterday. I kinda hoped the feeling would stay there at least to when I needed to jump.

Lavender had decided the best way for me to make sure I wasn't scared and more was to do the exact same thing that made him see my fears. Which was to jump into the water.

The jump that made me cry. The water that was filled with people you didn't understand me except for my friends of course.

I did have a motive. I had a reason to jump into the water a reason to face my fears.

That was the payoff.

When I faced my fears and jumped I would get what I've always wanted..strength. If things did go wrong I would have the strength to get over it, I would have the strength to fight back and that felt like something I would need.

"you know Erina you don't have to act tough you can just be truthful...with us and with yourself," Noen said in an attempt to do a good thing but that's not how I took it.

"Are you for real I fought a monster with teeth that could claw my face off for....you " I said louder then I should have

"what don't I understand," he said as his hands fell to his sides.

"I'm numb" I whispered. Before Noen could say anything I walked away

"all of you brought your swim suites under your clothes correct," Lavender asked

Everyone responded with a yes in their own Different way

"well then go in when you want," he said as he jumping on a rock and sat down. I started taking my clothes off which only made the situation more real.

I felt the numbness begin to fade away. My heart started beating. No-no-no. I began to panic but before it became noticeable I was interrupted

"Damn Erina you hot" Myrin said with a grin on his face. I laughed but Noen didn't seem to think it was funny I caught him rudely staring Myrin down.

I laughed "really?" I asked with a smile on my face

"really what," he asked as a red color began to appear on his face.
