Corey was tired, very tired, but he still had questions to answer and then the wound in his side needed some attention too. Corey was now sitting next to Nick with his wings tightly curled at his back so they wouldn't get in the way. Laney spoke, "So what about Daystar?"

Corey groaned, "I'm Daystar."

Laney, Kin, and Kon looked shocked, Kin spoke, "But I thought-."

Corey cut him off, "Yeah, I know what you thought, I don't actually need any help coming up with songs. I mean come on, with what I used to do in Heaven it would be ridiculous if I couldn't write songs on my own."

Kon looked confused, "Huh?"

Corey seemed to realize something, "Right, something else they don't teach you in bible study. Yeah I used to help make music in Heaven, actually I made most of the music we all sang while I was there. But my name, my real name, translates to Daystar in latin so that's how I signed all of my music."

Kin spoke, "Oh, but why didn't you sign it as Corey then?"

"Because I wrote those songs over what must have been hundreds of human lifetimes and I didn't play music for all of them."

Mina gasped, "So did you meet any historical figures if you've been around that long?"

"Oh yeah, I've met famous song writers, poets, I even met Shakespeare who, by the way, was totally gay."

Trina rolled her eyes, "And how would you know that?"

Corey just smirked and they all seemed to catch on, Laney spoke, "No."

Corey just shrugged and the angel noticed that Nick didn't look too thrilled with this new revelation. Corey leaned back in his seat, "So, any more questions?"

Kin spoke, "Actually yes, what about that song you sang at the show?"

"Oh yeah, that was about what my father did, I had a lot of time to come up with those things." Everyone was silent and Corey stood up, "Well, I'm going to go stop myself from bleeding out."

Kon spoke, "How are you going to do that?"

Corey shrugged, "I'll just cauterize it."

Laney looked shocked and worried, "Cauterize, won't that hurt?"

"Try going to hell and call me in the morning."

Corey left the garage and after a few seconds Nick caught up to him, Corey knew he still had questions. Nick stopped him in the living room and Corey looked at him, "You know, I figured you'd want to talk."

Nick looked Corey in the eye, "So you're really Lucifer?"

Corey smiled a little, "Yeah, and I know what you're going to say." He felt like tears were going to start gathering in his eyes but he held them back, "But hey, we're still close to the starting line right? We can still turn back and forget each other, I mean come on, who would willingly date the devil?"

Corey was about to walk away but Nick grabbed his hand and pulled him into a hug which shocked the angel. Corey hugged back without even thinking and Nick pulled away just enough to kiss him, Corey really hadn't expected that. After a few seconds Nick pulled away and spoke, "I would."

Corey stared at him in shock for a few seconds before he laughed a little, "Honestly humans never cease to amaze me, especially you." Corey's winged moved a little which showed how happy he was, but of course the moment couldn't last for long. Corey smiled a little, "I hate to cut this short but I really am bleeding."

Nick suddenly looked very worried, "Are you okay?"

Corey couldn't help but laugh a little, "I'm fine, I've had worse, just give me a few minutes in the bathroom to patch it up."

Nick hesitated but he let Corey go to the bathroom alone and once Corey walked inside he locked the door. He used his fire to burn the wound shut and then looked for bandages, they didn't have any large band aids so he had to use gauze. When he was done he exited the bathroom and found Nick sitting on the couch looking very worried.

Corey smirked, "You do know I'm going to live right?"

Nick stood up and hugged Corey, "It's not just that, you must have gone through a lot."

Corey pulled away enough to look Nick in the eye, "I knew the risks, that was my choice, and I'm still here so it's not that bad." Nick didn't look convinced and Corey mentally sighed, "Anyway, uh, it's pretty late, you probably need to get home."

Nick shook his head, "I'm not leaving."

"Nick, it's late and it's a school night, I might be Satan but even I wouldn't keep you up when you have your education to worry about." Corey gently pushed Nick toward the door and Nick reluctantly let him, "Go home and get some sleep. I'll be at school tomorrow so you don't have to wonder if I'm dead in a ditch somewhere, I'm tougher then I look."

Nick didn't look too happy with the idea but he still nodded, before Corey could move Nick hugged him. Corey wasn't as surprised this time so he hugged Nick back, what did surprise him was the fact that Nick kissed him. Of course he kissed back and Nick smiled, "Just be careful."

Corey couldn't help but laugh a little, "I'm the devil, I'm never careful, but I'll try."

Nick rolled his eyes but he had a smile on his face, Nick kissed him one more time before letting him go. He said goodnight and finally left, Corey couldn't stop smiling as he closed the door and went up to his room. He changed before going to bed and he eventually fell asleep, the next day he didn't want to get up.

He was tired but he knew he had to get up so he threw his covers off and got ready for school. After grabbing everything he needed he headed out the door, as he was walking he took a few minutes to breathe. He'd never told anyone who he was, there was one time that someone found out and that hadn't ended well.

He was just glad that this time seemed to have at least worked out better then it did last time, he was happy.
