"Do you know where the library could be?" Sagittarius asked the short girl
"Follow me!" The girl was around 10, she was short and had more of a stout figure, her eyes were a deep brown, sunken in and tired
They arrived at the library to see hundreds of people reading, writing or just sitting with someone. They went to the librarian to see if there were any books on immortality.
"You're in luck, Zodiacs," the librarian scrutinized the computer "general power, sect. i"
So, general power, sect. i is where the zodiacs found themselves running off to. They scanned through books and books and then more books just to find the right ones, and when they were done they had themselves a pile of 28 huge books and 6 medium sized books.
"Lets split this up," Virgo suggested "we have 34 books and there are twelve of us so each of us gets at least 2 and there will be only two of us who only gets two"
"Gemini and I will take the only two option," Libra blurted out
"Okay, well that's settled then I guess, everyone start reading and taking notes on a power that all of us only have in partiality" Capricorn explained
Hours of reading passed and everyone had a fair amount on their notepad
"I think I found something," Cancer said cracking open his second book
chapter 11: draining immortality
Everyone immediately started flipping through their copies to find something along the lines of draining, and eventually they had a whole page written on it- each. Their research concluded positively and they could finally piece together a believable story.
"So Cepheus, having more spiritual power over andromeda drained her immortality and transferred it into more power for him, letting him do what, what is his ultimate goal?" Sagittarius was practically talking to herself
"Maybe to take over the universe?"
"No he's too small for that"
"Remember how we were told that one day we would rule a planet together?" Virgo asked "What if that's what he's after"
All of a sudden, the room started flashing red and everyone started yelling, the Zodiacs had never been there nor learned what meant what in that world, but they knew that they were under attack by none other than Cepheus himself.

"Sagi we have to escape," Leo whispered, they were tucked away together in the close storage closet, avoiding death in the form of a man
"No we can't, we'll be caught" the (now) blonde girl replied in a similar hushed tone
"You won't, you can shape-shift," Leo reassured her
"No, I can't leave you behind" she felt tears welling in the corners of her eyes
The distance between them was growing smaller
"I'll be okay," he smiled at the girl
"No, you won't" she was scrambling
The small gap that separated them was closed
"Sagi, I have a plan"
The meeting of their lips interrupted him, both of them felt it. It was an urge to say fuck it to everything around them and go for something new, it stayed that way for two minutes, interlocked in each others grasp and fear running through both of their nerves, but it felt right. They parted and the second there was a grip on the closet door, Sagittarius morphed into one of Cepheus' guards and hauled Leo up and burst through the cabinet, only to see the other Zodiacs.
Libra instantly punched Sagittarius in the face, not knowing it was in fact Sagittarius.
"Hey!" Sagi shrieked, morphing back into herself
"We met Heracles, there's a saferoom" Libra piped, completely ignoring Sagi's bloody nose
"What are we waiting for?" Leo glanced around the room, checking to see if they would be blundered by some sort of soldier
The Zodiacs rushed to the saferoom, but there was a lot of awkward tension between Sagittarius and Leo. It was just the Zodiacs there, no form of authority and it physically hurt Sagittarius to see Leo's hands intertwined with Libra's, ultimately she realized that it was just a fleeting kiss and he felt no feelings towards her.
Why does this feel weird? she thought I like scorpio I shouldn't want more
In the end it was just awkward, she realized that she shouldn't trip herself up on it and just leave him alone for a while- a long while.
"So a game?" Libra piped up "How about truth or dare?"
Everyone let out a chuckle at the childish game, but thought why not except for Leo and Sagittarius. They locked eyes and while everyone was laughing at Libra's antics, their gazes were woebegone and frightened. Scorpio glanced down at Sagittarius, curiosity in his eyes, she simply smiled, tightened her grip on his hand and leaned on his arm.
"Aquarius, truth or dare?" Libra beamed
"Truth" the girl responded
"Boring" Aries called out
"A truth can be just as daring as a dare itself, you're just more action oriented than some of us are" Aquarius retorted blankly
"Well said," Libra congratulated the girl "who would you date here if you had to other than Pisces?"
"Uhhh tough question," the girl seemed lost in thought "maybe Aries? His energy is too annoying though.... none?"
"You wanna fight?" Aries threatened "I will take you down"
Everyone laughed at Aries' boyish behaviour and thoughts still lingered on Sagittarius' mind as everyone else played the game.
"Sagittarius, truth or dare?"
"Truth, I guess" the girl responded gloomily
"Other than Sagi, what do you like to be called?" Leo asked her, knowing why she was upset and didn't want to pry
"At one point I tried to make Tari work, still kinda am"
"Well, Tari, that'll be added to our dictionary of nicknames for you" Gemini chirped exuberantly
The door to the safe room opened and the twelve immediately used their resources to defend themselves before seeing the kind eyes of hercules
"The raid is over," Hercules smiled endearingly "I want you to meet some people"
A female replica of Aries stepped forward and said clearly
"We're the moon signs!"

remember to vote, this chapter was a little rushed and kinda boring but im really excited to get the final kick out of this book, i mean at least we learned about parts of the bigger plan tehe, character development is really working and i feel like i've made sagittarius too dramatic? idk i kinda like that character because it fits really nicely with scorpio's over protectiveness and some drama between leo and sagittarius? idk if i want to make that a permanent affiliation or just something that causes a tense environment, either way i wanted to make two characters who aren't supposed to be together, be together but secretly and i kinda want to ruin the ships and just reassemble them and the moon signs and sagi's new nickname (which i wanted to implement from the start but there wasn't really a time and i forgot about it) anyways this outro is getting really long
