Chapter 9

Logan's POV

Logan drives back home exhausted. As soon as he gets in the door he gets undressed and flops into bed and stares at the ceiling. He couldn't help but think of today's events. When he first offered to take her out. She wanted to go as friends, Nothing more. Plus he did such awful stuff to her and her family when they were younger. From stealing her hat, making her cry when I was gonna give her the Reverse Norwegian Stinkhold but instead giving it her brother when he stood in front of her and told me no. Not gonna lie I kinda respected him for it. It's a awful thing to do to someone and he decided to be a big brother and stand up to me. Then throwing snow balls at her when she and her siblings wanted to go down the hill to sled. It was weird but that day. I really didn't want to bother Louise anymore. I was about to get demolished by the girls sport team with snow balls and she tackled me and gave me a head start. She didn't had to do that, she hated me. And she helped me get away. Knowing all of that she still wanted to go somewhere with him and then even kissed him. I mean it was a drunk kiss but a kiss nevertheless. He didn't understand what that kiss meant. It made his body tingle as he thought about it.. All the way to his loin. He couldn't help but think how soft the kiss was.. how passionate it was.. he kept thinking about it as he started to drift off to slumber with the last thing on his mind.. Louise.

*the next day*
Louise POV

It was hard for Louise to sleep that night. She felt so bad for what she did to Logan. But she wanted to fix that. She awoke that morning with a feeling a dread and a head from the alcohol she consumed that night. She ran to the bathroom with the feeling of throwing up. Even though it was a unpleasant "activity" she was doing. She was hoping that it would rid her of her guilt. With a nice shower to follow, She could feel herself getting excited. She exited out the shower and looked in the mirror and said:

"Alright, alright, alright. You got this Louise. No turning back, you got a mission today and his name is Logan"

Louise left the bathroom and got dressed and did her makeup a bit. I mean she never went overboard like Tammy did, especially when she always put that tacky blue eyeshadow on. But just a thin strip of eyeliner, some lip balm and that was all she needed. She left the house and drove over to Logan's. Preparing herself mentally to face him after last night. At this moment she needed her pink bunny ears more than ever. But she had forgotten them and didn't want to drive back home to get them. She was alone for the first time during a crisis. Louise was never one to apologize over how she felt about something. She was quite confident when it came to that. All her life she had this fuck you mentality and now she had to apologize, to Logan of all people who she should hate with a burning passion. But she had butterflies when it comes to him now.. and she had to overcome that. She sighed.. and left her vehicle. And started her walk to his apartment.

*a few minutes later*

She reached the door and took a deep breathe.

"Knock knock knock"

"Be right there" Logan says

She waits anxiously for him to answer the door. He opens the door and says
"Oh hey Louise.. I wasn't expecting to see you.. please come in"

She walks in and the door closes behind her.
They walk over to the living room area and he ushers her to take a seat on the couch next to him

"Can I get you anything?" Logan asks Louise

"Um no I'm okay" Louise said

"So What brings you by Louise?" Logan asks her

"Well..." Louise looks down at her hands

Logan stares at her intently wondering what the tiny girl before him will say. Then she blurted out loud

"I'm soo sorry for how I acted last night. I was way out of line and I was nervous because i realize it was a date date and it was moving so fast and I like you al-"

Louise was cut off by Logan soft lips.
