To say that Jisung was confused when he woke up would be an understatement.

He'd sprung up into a upright sitting position, eyes open wide and messy bed hair stuck up in forty different directions. The room wasn't anything particularly special, with plain light grey walls, the queen sized bed he was in with a desk, standing wardrobe and plain shutters. It was actually kind of boring to be honest.

"Where the fuck am I?" Jisung uttered, looking around as he ruffled his hair. Memories of the night before were foggy, but he did know for a fact he was at Yeeun's party. With a confused puppy like look on his face, he flipped the plush comforter off his legs and cocked his head to the side.

Those were definitely not the clothes he wore last night.

Then something caught his little eyes, a single glass photo frame stood up on the night stand beside the radio clock and lamp. It had Yeeun, though she was younger with cute piggy tails with bubble hair ties. Braces on her teeth holding a balloon. Beside her was a guy slightly older than her with light brown hair, crescent eyes from his wide smile, an arm slung around Yeeun's shoulders.

It was Mr Lee.

Jisung picked the photo up and looked at it with a fond smile, unbeknownst to him, Jeno had opened the doo and was watching him with an amused smile on his face as he leaned against the doorframe. Arms crossed against his chest.

"That was taken at Yeeun's fourteenth birthday, she was so cute" Jisung nearly jumped out of his skin with fright, and fumbled with the glass frame as he tried not to drop it. He grasped it firmly and whirled around, ready to give a mouthful to whoever had the audacity to scare him like that, but his scowl softened significantly when he realised it was only Jeno.

"Hi..." the teenager spoke in a soft, shy voice, kind of like when you breathe out when you speak. Jeno smiled at him and walked over to him, taking the photo out of his hands and placing it back down on the nightstand.

The older cupped Jisung's jaw abs squished his cheeks a few times, a fond look in his sparkly eyes, "Are you hungry, love?" Jisung's stomach spoke for him, grumbling and Jisung smiled sheepishly, well as much as he could with Jeno squishing his cheeks.

The older smiled and kissed Jisung's nose before lacing their hands together and pulling the younger boy out the room and in the direction of the open plan kitchen and dining area. Yeeun and Chenle were already eating at the table, talking quietly and in deep conversation about something. A small knowing look appeared on Jisung's face when he saw their small hands resting atop one another's.

Once the pair had reached the kitchen, Jeno stopped and gently twirled his soulmate around like a little ballerina until Jisung was flush against his teachers chest, the older's hands resting on his hips. A red flush spread across Jisung's cheeks as he looked anywhere but his soulmates captivating eyes, shyly.

"I didn't know what you wanted, so I just made yogurt and berries if that's okay" Jeno said, smiling down at the younger fondly, feeling his heart melt seeing his soulmate so shy in front of him, feeling his heartbeat fast and strong from his chest. Pounding against Jeno's front.

"It's okay" Jisung uttered, peering down slightly, seeing as he was the taller of the two, into Jeno's eyes.

Then it occurred to Jisung that it was indeed a Monday morning.

Shit.

Realisation washed over Jisung's face like heavy rain outside (does that even make any sense?). "What's up, love?" Jeno asked, holding Jisung's diamond pointed chin between his thumb and forefinger.

"I have to get to school, I mean, we all do why are we still here!" Jisung almost shouted, but his older soulmate merely laughed.

"It's a PD day, you my love get to stay home with Yeeun and Chenle, but I have to go in in about an hour or so" The older explained, and the colour rushed back into Jisung's face.

No wonder his mother let him stay over.

Jisung smiled and pulled away from his teacher before he strode over to the bowl on the counter. He took it to the table, and smirked at his friends who didn't seem to notice his presence in the slightest. "Morning~" Jisung spoke in a drawled out monotone voice, though amusement was clearly there as Chenle and Yeeun squeaked in surprise, Chenle unsurprisingly going higher pitched than Yeeun did.

Then realisation hit Chenle so hard he almost choked on his toast. "Oh shit, Ji— are you okay I mean... are you alright?" He babbled, and Jisung felt his mood drop significantly at that. Sure the memories of last night had flooded back to him, but that didn't mean he wanted to talk about it.

"I'm fine, Lele, don't worry about me" he uttered, sparing his best friend a lopsided grin of sorts.

Chenle seemed to get the memo and immediately dropped the topic. "What are we all doing today?" Yeeun then asked, breaking the awkward silence that was bound to overtake them if they'd waited any longer.

"Not sure, you guys can do whatever but I've got to leave in an hour or so" Jeno spoke from behind Jisung, who shuddered at his voice. Not in a bad way though, it was a good shudder. Tingles vibrated on his pale skin and he loved it.

"Oh yeah, you've got a PD day. When will you be back, oppa?" Yeeun asked, giggling at Chenle's stuffed cheeks as she poked them.

"Around five maybe? Shouldn't be too late" Jeno smiled before leaning down to kiss Jisung on the cheek, catching him entirely off guard.

Yeeun and Chenle grinned at him from across the table. "I'll come say goodbye to you later, okay?"

"Sure"

Jeno smiled again, bopping his soulmates nose with his finger before padding down the hallway and ascending the stairs to his room.

Jisung turned back to his friends, a blush evident on his squishy cheeks. "Don't look at me like that"

"Like what, Ji?" Chenle mocked confusion.

"Yeah, like what?" Yeeun repeated, a smirk on her face.

"I hate you both" Jisung mumbled, slouching over his food as his friends laughs echoed in his ears.
