Also first of all, I've been away at a psychiatric hospital. I don't like saying "psychiatric hospital" so I'll just say I went to go focus on my mental health at an inpatient hospital 😂😂. I was there since the 19th and I just got home today. I feel like a new person and if you would like to know more, definitely message me on here.! I don't mind. Everyone, please take care of your mental health.!!!!!!!!! I was supposed to get on a plane and see my family, but I made the decision to get help instead. It was extremely hard especially because I had to be away from my wife and my kid, but i did it. ITS OKAY TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.!!! You are all important and no matter how small you feel, you matter to someone 🤞🏽💜
