Rosaline still doesn't believe it, i can bleed flowers? Flowers! It hurts because it's proof about what my mother said about me taking care of myself is true. Oh gosh, she hated those words. Once Octavia left Cecilia helped Rosaline cut off the flowers which revealed to have another layer of skin leaving no signs of the flowers there once before. Cecilia let guilty but she asked if she could keep them because they were beautiful and the first flowers shes ever seen and Rosaline let her. Elliot had come out for hiding and stayed by Cecilias side comforting her. Even though Cecilia didn't want Rosaline cleaning she did anyway and also started making her clothes beside the window. No wonder Cecilia cant see the roses from the ground, they are so high up that the ground is just a blur.

Rosaline had been sleeping in the spare room with only a blanket while Cecilia and Elliot stayed in a room together. Great, not only was she cursed but shes third wheeling. It had been a few days and Cecilias mossy green dress was completed with the bit of fabric she was given that had completely transformed. Rosaline climbed down to her bedroom to find Cecilia reading a book on the bed with images of constellations as Elliot laid his head in her lap playing with a lock of her copper hair.

"Hey, I finished your dress." Rosaline holds it up displaying it and Cecilias cheeks turn brighter as she smiles closing her book and Elliot sits up so Cecilia can reach the dress.
"It's beautiful." She holds it to her chest. "Wait right there! I'm gonna try it on." She runs upstairs while Rosaline takes a seat on her bed making it sink a bit. Elliot winces.
"What's the matter with you? You have been all cuddly with Cecilia, i thought you would be happy."
"Yes, but." He readjusts the fabric that covers his eyes. "It kills me not to see. It kills me not seeing her."
"Hey,'- Rosaline lends a hand on his shoulder-"Everything's gonna work out."

"Okay, I'm ready." Cecilia calls and she enters in with the green dress that compliments her cute features. "Well?" She twirls.
"Yep I'm saying it. My creations are the best. And you look beautiful." Rosaline compliments.
"I'm sure she does." Elliot smiles.
"Is there any other rooms I haven't cleaned out yet?" Rosaline asks Cecilia.
"Rosaline, you don't have to do this." Cecilia gently says.
"If I don't, I'm afraid that your mother will turn me into a toad." Rosaline says lightly and Cecilia smiles but its small.
"On the fourth floor its the library, at the back there's some storage things."
"Okay, I'm on it." Rosaline leaves and Cecilia returns to her spot on the bed.

Cecilia feels like her stomach was filled with knots and she breathes to loosen them. Elliot moves himself closer and reaches out his hand to touch Cecilias face and then cups her cheek.
"What's wrong?" He asks softly and Cecilia sighs again.
"I'm happy your here but you shouldn't of come back, Elliot. You could of continue adventuring and meet someone who isn't trapped in a tower." Cecilia lowers her gaze down to the hands on her laps.
"Hey, hey. I'm not leaving you. Not again." He presses his soft lips onto her forehead and lets his forehead rest against hers.
"I'm not worth it." Her voice is barely a whisper but Elliot hears and moves his hands to find her forearms tightly but protectively.
"Of course you are. Cecilia, I'm always gonna be here to protect you. No matter what." Cecilia lifts her head so that there faces are almost touching. She smiles.
"Do you remember what i said when you asked me why i love stars? Because i relate to them. They are stuck up in the sky like I'm stuck here. The only future i want is the one with you otherwise I don't want a future at all." Cecilias words make Elliot grip tighter on her. "I wanna be free but I don't wanna die. My future sounds impossible." Cecilias hands pull up the fabric to come off his head so she can see his eyes.

"It doesn't sound impossible to me." He smiles and slides his hands to the curves on her waist.
"I'm not gonna give up. One day we will look back and wonder why we were so worried." Cecilias hopeful smile returns. Her hands reach for his face and they both draw each other in until she feels his soft lips in on hers and she could taste the environment, the world she hasn't yet seen. His grip more as he drew her in. They both pull back smiling. They know that one day it won't seem impossible.

Rosaline dusts of some of the boxes that are buried with random objects. Cecilias mother isn't just a witch, she's a hoarder. Opening the box she takes a look of what's inside and the first thing that rests on the top is a beautiful silver hand mirror that has roses carved in it. Rosaline hesitantly picks it up and with a cloth cleans it with a few easy wipes. Rosaline looks in the mirror to see herself, her hair is tied in a low bun and her lips that are usually painted are naked.

Rosaline cleans it with another swipe and looks back to see herself. Instead of seeing her own reflection she sees a attractive male with the eye colour of the ocean and brown hair sitting cross legged looking bored.
"Oh my, thorns!" Rosaline drops the hand mirror and flinches when it hits the ground. Her eyes widens and takes a minute to process. "It's... Prince Killian." Rosaline bends down to pick up the hand mirror to see him standing but his face is lit up from shock.
"Hey!"- his hands raise up reassuring -"Don't drop the mirror. Okay?" He says slowly. Rosaline falls to her knees.
"I can't believe it. No wonder no one has found you your trapped by that witch." Rosaline rambles. The prince sighs and runs his hands through his hair.
"I don't know if this is the time to be telling you but she's not a witch."
"Oh my, thorns!"- Rosaline continues ignoring him -"You have missed so much the disease, your marriage and your aunt-" Rosaline cuts herself.
"I know. She's gone." He says quietly.
"I'm sorry.... wait. How do you know?" Rosaline furrows her brow.
"It's the mirror. It can show me things but it's like a puzzle. I only see pieces and I have to put them together. It's why i already now of you, Marchioness."
"Can I help you get out?" Rosaline inquires but he shakes his head.
"You can't, but there is a way to free all of us who has been cursed by Octavia."
"Octavia?"
"That's her name. Unique, isn't it?" He smirks
"So there is a cure? What is it?" Rosaline asks her questions coming quicker.
"I can't see exactly what it is but I know there is 5 of us cursed by Octavia. We need to bring everyone together."
"Well there's Elliot, you and I so only two others."
"Yep, you just need to escape the tower find the other two and free me so I can be king. Sounds like a good plan." His head rests on his hand from the support of his elbow on his folded leg.
"One problem with your genius plan. I can't get out of this tower."
"Ohh right, I watched Octavia curse you and what she said. Hmmm." He thinks until one of his eyebrows raise. "You can bleed flowers right?"
"Right."
"We can use that as vines to climb down."
"That's so smart and dumb at the same time. Have you seen how long this tower is?!" Rosaline mentions and Killian stands up and paces.
"Well do you have another idea? If you bleed enough it just might kill you. And you won't die."
"What if I fall?" Rosaline adds and Killian just smirks.
"I'll catch you. After all I am a gentleman."
"Yeah, a gentleman stuck in a hand mirror." Rosaline deadpans.
"Come on, this isn't just about you. I have been stuck in here for almost a year." His blue eyes cloud with sadness for a split second.
Rosaline takes a deep breathe. "Who are we gonna look for first."
"Her name is Astra Emric. She's also Cecilia's cousin."
"Cousin?" Rosaline didn't really think much about Cecilia's other family.
"Yes, Astras mother is the older sister of Octavia."
"I need to tell Cecilia and Elliot about our plan." Rosaline heads to Cecilias bedroom with the mirror still in her hand.
