A/N I honestly am too lazy to reread for any errors, so I'm sorry if you find any! I still don't own anything that has to do with Divergent or the characters.

Chapter 7

After school ends, I meet Tobias near the lockers.

"Ready?" He asks.

"Yup." I take his hand and we walk towards his car.

"Technically", he says breaking the silence, "This isn't a date because you ask me to come to the movies with you before you and I staring dating. So, therefore, Beatrice Prior, would you like to go on a date with me this Friday? Sorry but that probably made no sense. But would you like to go in a date with me?"

"I'd hate to." I look up to see his reaction, and tried really hard no to crack up. I ended up cracking up. "Tobias, I'm just messing with you, oh my god."

He lets out a breath, "don't ever do that to me ever again."

"I won't. I promise." I reply.

"Okay good." We ended up driving to his house. He leads me to his room. "Wanna watch something on Netflix?"

"Doctor Who." I tell him. He puts on one of the episode with David Tennant. We watched a few episode. And soon enough we leave to watch the Giver.

"Two tickets to the Giver please." I tell the clerk.

"That would be $17.76 please."

"Okay." I take out my wallet, until Tobias stops me. Of course he would do this. "Tobias, I am capable of paying myself. He drops his phone, so I pick it up for him. I notice that Tobias payed for the tickets. Why did I fall for his trick?

"I know you got it." He gives me a peck on the lips and we make our way inside. "Tris, kettle or just regular."

"Kettle." I answer. This time I pay for it before Tobias even gets the chance to take out his wallet.

"God Tris, you can be so stubborn sometimes."

"I know." I smile. We head inside to the room where the movie is going to play, and find some seats towards the top. I move the armrest out of the way so I can scoot closer to Tobias. He puts his arm around my shoulders to pull me ever closer. The movie soon starts playing. Soon enough the movie finishes and we leave the theatre.

"Isn't Jonas suppose to be eleven or twelve, something like that right?" I ask.

"That's what I thought, but movies always end up being different than the book."

"Ehh, I guess." We walk towards his car.

"Are you cold?"

"Little."

"Here." He hands me his football sweatshirt. I internally smile.

"Thanks." I give him a kiss on the cheek. He goes back to his house, and then walks me to my house since I live next door. "I just realized, my car is still at school." I laugh.

"Oh well, I pick you up tomorrow then."

"Okay, you better show up on time."

"That was one time!" He defends himself.

"Yeah, and guess what? That day was the end of my perfect attendance."

"Oh suck it up Tris, that was like two years ago, Freshman year."

"Whatever." I reply. "I'll see you tomorrow." I walk towards the door.

"And Tris?"

"Yeah."
