(Pic above: Link's UA uniform and Hero Costume :3)"I can't believe this!" Link growled in rage, his footsteps echoing in the hallway as he paced outside the principal's office. Zelda watched in silence, her worry for her Male friend growing every second. She feared that if he kept this up, he'd end up taking measures into his own hands...
"Link, please calm down..." she pleaded, voice small and weak from all the crying she had done "The heroes are discussing what to do as we speak, we just need to be patient."
"Right, be patient," The girl flinched at his hissed out words "And while we're 'being patient', The Yiga Clan still have Y/N and are doing god knows what to her! Why do our senseis have to discuss this, anyway? We could literally ambush them and get it over with!"
Honestly, his behaviour was getting rather ridiculous. He knew fully well how dangerous these villains were; he experienced it himself when encountering a member with a memory erasing quirk. You'd think he'd learn his lesson and think rationally, but no. As soon as someone he cares about is in danger he loses all logic. It was a flaw of his Zelda knew all too well.
"Link, you won't be able to sustain your quirk in this state - you won't stand a chance against them."
"And why not? I feel courageous enough to kick their a—"
"There's a fine line between courage and recklessness, Link." The blonde girl scolded "See for yourself. How's your quirk?"
Link's scowl deepened, as he flexed his fingers to form his plasma that danced around his fingers. It wasn't enough to make a sword, a small dagger maybe... but that wasn't enough. "Damn." He cursed as he deactivated his power.
"You see? You can't just jump into this, Link—"
"Well what do you expect me to do?!" Link's now broken voice yelled through the halls "We both want her back, Zelda! Why aren't you freaking out like I am?! Why aren't you storming over there right now like I want to?! Don't you care about her?!!!"
"Link!!!"
"What?!"
The boy glared at his childhood friend, anger seething through his sharp breathes as he waited for her to yell at him some more. However, when tears started to pool up in the girl's emerald green eyes, he seemed to flinch out any anger he had at that moment.
"How could you even say that...?" Zelda whimpered, hands covering her mouth "H-How could you think I don't care...?"
Guilt instantly hit him like a good old punch to the gut. He was so built up about Y/N bring gone, he hadn't even bothered to check how Zelda felt about all of this. She was so distraught, and his attitude definitely made it so much worse...
God, he felt like an idiot. And a jerk.
With a few quick strides Link pulled Zelda with him onto one one the waiting chairs, sitting her on his lap as he cradled her in his arms. He hushed her sobs and rocked them both back and forth, gently running a hand through her long golden hair.
"Shhhh, don't cry..." he whispered, voice trembling with guilt "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to be so inconsiderate... I know Y/N means a lot to both of us. I'm just... I just want her back."
"M-Me too..." Zelda sniffled as she gripped his blazer. She was worried about getting his uniform wet, but he honestly didn't seem to mind at all "Honestly, if I had the s-skill to fight... I would have been on board to storm their hideout with you. B-But, I don't want you to risk it... I don't want to lose both of you..."
Link grimaced, knowing exactly how she felt. Potentially losing Y/N had already taken such a big toll on him, he could hardly think straight... if he lost both his girls, how could he even live with himself anymore! "I know, I know... I'm thinking straight now... I'm not going to bite more than I can chew."
