Chapter Four: Broken Friendship

Wait! I'm at Rina not Ren. Boo-hoo why didn't I changed? I sadly head back home and bandaged my chest. "Alright, I'll go now." No, I changed my mind and besides, it's already late.

The next day I head to school and avoided Len and Emma all the day. Good thing Len didn't kicked me out from school. Suddenly I bump into Emma. "Re--" I grabbed her arm and led her away. "Ren you're hurting my arm."

"Sorry." I released her.

"Ren, are you avoiding Len?" I looked around me.

"Of course, I'll kill him if I saw him." I said then I turned to her. "Why didn't he kicked me out from Seika academy?"

"I asked, but then his expression Darken and said 'Ren and I got into fight, but that's not the end of our friendship'." Emma said.

"Well whatever, if I saw that jerk in front of me, I'll kill him." I said. No way, I'll forgive him. Emma started to cry.

"Waaah...! It's all my fault! If I didn't cry that time Len and you wouldn't fight." Emma said. I wiped her tears with my finger.

"Princesses tears are very valuable than any jewelry in the world, so don't cry young mistress." I said.

"But..." Emma mumbled.

"Len and I are fighting about something else, so don't worry." I said. She nodded her head.

"Emma, there you--" Len stopped talking when he saw me, suddenly his expression darken. He opened his lips to say something, but I scoffed and walked away.

"I'll see you later Young mis-- er Emma." I said as I walked away.

"I'm not giving up yet!" Emma said.
Good girl, but Len eyes... Before his expression darken... They were red... Why? Huh? Water coming from my eyes... Tears? Why am I crying. I wiped my tears and head to the rooftop to clear my mind.

"That was my chance to apologize, why I scoffed at him. I act like a complete girl and idiot."

"Hey idiot, I heard about your quarrel with the king of the school." Someone said. I looked at who and it was Ran.

"Don't call the people who older than idiot." I said.

"Only you." Ran said.

"What do you want?" I said.

"I want you to make up with the king." Ran said.

"The king?" I asked.

"Len you idiot, he's the king of his grade." Ran angrily said. Seriously Ran and his short temper, I'll kill him.

"No way in hell I'll apologize to arrogant jerk like him." I said.

"You idiot, the more Len depress, the more people will try to find out what the cause and they'll start to look for your background and who knows, maybe someone will find your true gender, then things will get uglier." Ran said.

"You... You're right, I'll get expose. I guess I'll apologize to him." I said and walk away. Such a cruel world. I'll apologize... After school.

After school... "Emma!" I called for her. I sprint to her. "Um... Where is Len, I need to talk to him about something." When I said those words, her face let with a shine.

"Really?!" Emma happily said.

"Um... Yeah, I thought that whole thing is not worth it, so I'll apologize properly ." I said. Suddenly someone grabbed Emma's arm, I quickly gave him roundhouse kick, put the bastard caught my leg mid-air. He flipped me at the ground and drugged both of me and Emma.
