Chapter Six: Halloween Party: Part Two

"Lipstick." Sally said. Katy handed her the lipstick. "... Eyeliner." Katy handed her the eyeliner. "Oh no we losing her, Bella, bring me some water and towel."

"Aaah...! My eyes." I shouted. "I can't take it anymore."

"Katy calm her down." Sally said.

"It's alright Rina. We'll finish doing the makeover soon." Katy said. I start to calm down. After two hours or so. We finally finished the makeover. "Alright we finished." I looked at myself and gasp.

"Who's that babe?" I asked.

"It's you." Katy said.

"Whoa!" I said. I looked at myself, I was surprised. There was black eyeshadow at my eyes and they put red lipstick at my lips and I was wearing long black hair wig. "Holy shit! I'm super hot girl." Sally, Katy and Bella laughed at my reaction.

"Oh wear this." Sally said and handed me a red short dress and I wore it.

"Oh my God! I look like a model in the magazines." I said.

"Alright princesses, wear your mask and let's head to the party." Bella said.

"Alright!" I said and grabbed the heels.

"W-What are you doing?" Katy said.

"I'll run for it. I know some short cuts, I might get little muddy, but I'll manage to reach SA." I said.

"No way, not after the hard work we put. You go to some weird short cut and destroy it." Sally said. Sally took her cell phone. "Hello... Brother, your little sister need a ride right now." After few seconds a car horn voice came outside.

"Sis. I came." Ken Sally's step-brother said. All of us head downstairs.

"Brother! Please take us SA. We need to take Rina there." Sally said.

"Of course, anything for my sister, but where's Rina?"

"I'm standing here." I said.

"Hey Ri-- Whoa... You look... Beautiful." Ken said.

"Thank you." I said and all of us hop inside the car. After half an hour, we arrived. Suddenly my phone rang.

"Hello?" I said.

"Rina, where are you?" Ran asked.

"At the front gate." I said.

"Great, see you later." Ran said and hang up. I walked to gym door and there gym isn't as small as public school. When I entered, suddenly everybody's eyes were on me. I scanned the gym to find Emma sadly sitting at one of the tables, I knew her by her pink dress. Aw... Why's Emma sad? I walked to her, but then a masked guy stood in front of me and slow dance started.

"Can I have this dance?" The masked guy said. I looked at Ran and gave him the look that say 'Go dance with Emma.' He nodded his head and asked Emma for a dance. I turned to the masked guy. Well, I'm not really that bad dancer and I came here too to have fun, so why not?

"Sure." I said with smile. Both of us danced together, until the song end. I bowed to him. He gently grabbed my hand.

"Come with me." He said. I looked at Emma who was happily talking to Ran and Ran had the same smile. I nodded my head and he took me to school's garden.

"Wow, the garden looks pretty at night." I said in amusement.

"It is." He said. I turned to him.

"Why did you asked me to dance?'' I asked.

"I'm not the kind of guy who asks anyone to dance, but somehow you attract me, I guess you are special." He said. Somehow when he said that, it made my heart beat fast. Who's that person? "And you? Why did you accept my offer?"

"Why...?" I said and start to think.

"Is it because you knew who's behind the mask?" He asked.

"No, I don't know who you are... I came because I had friend who told me to come. I didn't had any intention from the start to come, I'm not really the type who into dances, so I accepted your offer, because I want to have some fun." I said.

"I see." He said. I walked to him, but then I was about to fall at the ground, but then he caught me. "Are you alright?"

"I-I'm fine, thank you." I said. He looked deeply in my eyes and lean to me, not knowing it I leaned to him. Both of us share a kiss. Why this kiss feel familiar? When I realized who's the person behind the mask, my mask fell and I gasped and pulled removing his mask. "L-Len?" I see. Oh boy, I kissed my master. Relationships are forbidden Rina! Why did you kissed him? And from all the people in the dance. I quickly run to the gym.

"Hey! Wait, where are you running?" Len said. Thankfully I lost him in the crowd. I got outside of the gym and sadly walked back home. After three hours, Ran came home. I forcefully put a smile to not make him worry.

"I'm home." Ran said.

"Welcome back." I said. He removed his tie and sigh. "Hmm... How was your dance with young mistress? Did something happened between the two of you."

"Obviously not, since the one who danced with Emma was Ren not Ran." Ran said.

"Oooh, so something did happened. You said Ren not Ran." I said.

"Well whatever happened is my business." Ran said.

"Come on, tell me." I said.

"No!" Ran said and blushed. I scoffed at him.

Ran POV.Flashback...

"Hi Ren, I know you by the tux." Emma said.

"Why aren't you dancing with someone?" I said.

"... The one I want to dance with hasn't come, yet." Emma sadly said. "What about you? Who are you waiting for?"

"No one." I said. Seriously Rina you dressed up so you can talk to Emma, but then she is somewhere in the dance floor playing around. "I know relationships are forbidden at work, but it's alright I won't tell Len."

"Where is he by the way?" I asked.

"There." Emma said and point at where Rina and Len are dancing. What?! Rina is dancing with Len. This is not good. "Such a pretty lady." Rina's eyes met mine, but then she gave me the look. I turned to Emma.

"Well since both of us doesn't have anyone to dance with, why don't we dance together?" I asked. Emma sadly nodded her head. Geez Ran you should sound like Rina not you, ugh whatever, I'll act whoever I want!

"I guess he won't come..." Emma said. Why is she so desperate?

"Who are you waiting for?" I asked.

"You already know who he is." Emma said.

"Refresh my memory." I said.

"It's Ran your brother, The guy I like is Ran." Emma said. What?! Emma Howard Jefferson like me? Or did I mishear it?

"Refresh my memory of Why you like my brother?" I said.

"Because Unlike some people, when Ran saved me, he didn't ask for money nor my body." Emma said. Oh yeah, it was my first day at Seika academy. There was some thugs who were trying to hurt her and I pity her. "And also after that he... He just walked away after scolding me. It was the first time that I got scolded by someone." Yeah I scolded her for not being careful.

"Yeah, that's Right." I said. Is she really in love with me, even after showing her my arrogant side. She likes me?! I... No way! No way I like her.

"Hi Ren, Emma." Len said.

"Len?! Are you feverish?" Emma said.

"Yeah, your face is red and your eyes are glowing." I said.

"I think... I think I'm in love." Len said. What the hell Rina did?!
