Chapter Nine: Hunting Day And Second Meeting

The next day I head to Ran bedroom and barge at the door. "Ran Benjamin Brown, wake up!" I angrily, Ran jumped from the bed.

"Huh? What?!" Ran said and looked around his room, until he his eyes locked at me. "Oh.. Rina, what do you want?"

"What I want is answers!" I angrily said.

"Let's.. Discuss everything at breakfast time." Ran said and head to the bathroom. I went to the kitchen and prepared for us two pieces of bread.

"Breakfast is finished!" I shouted. Ran sat at the ground and ate the bread. "Now mister Ran, tell your big sister where have you been all night?" I said with a calm yet angry tone.

"Hanging out with old friends." Ran calmly said.

"Don't tell me you ditch young mistress and went with your friends." I said with the same tone, he almost chocked when I mentioned Emma, but then calmly answered.

"No, I was going to, but I pitied her and stayed with her until the end." Ran said.

"Did you do something weird to her?" I asked. He nervously stood up.

"Don't be an idiot, we didn't do anything!" Ran snapped.

"Yes you did, now tell me what!" I said.

"Damn you, I told her if she really like me she must come to skating competition and then kissed her, alright!!" Ran snapped more and I gasped.

"Ran! How could you?!" I said.

"I'm a man alright, her lips were just so... Welcoming." Ran said and I glared at him.

"Stupid perverted brother, men doesn't know how women feels about their first kiss." I said and took SA uniform. "I'm going to change for school and so do you."

Later... "Yeah and then he totally said that he kissed her and when I asked why, he said because her lips were so welcoming, can you believe that?!" I said at the phone.

"But do you honestly believe that? or is Ran hiding something from you?" Bella at the phone said.

"I think he's still not over Sophie. Do you remember the looks at his face when he saw her true intentions?" I said.

"How could I forgot? He was so depressed that his attitude change from lively person to cold one." Bella said.

"Yeah, I'll talk to you later, Len arrived." I said and hung up. I cheerfully turned to Len. "Len! Good morning!"

"Good morning Ren." Len said and leaned to my right ear. "Did you know what the heck with my sister?" He whispered and pointed at Emma, who was daydreaming. Wow! Was that kiss that powerful. I whispered back.

"Ran kissed her." When I said, Len froze at his place as if the ground swallowed his legs.

"Whaaat?!" Len said in surprise, I just nodded my head. Len start to boil with anger. "Ran that bastard, stealing my little sister first kiss."

"L-Len I think this is for the best, I mean look at the bright side, Emma is super happy." I said, Len looked at Emma, who was smiling a bright smile, brighter than any smile I ever saw in my life. Len relaxed when he saw her.

"I guess you're right, I just hope this Tuesday she won't ditch me, even if she's after the of her love life, if I stay with the Prince's twin one more time, I'll become mental." Len said. I gulped, remembering Emma's words yesterday.

"Oh." I said it with a bit of shaking.

"What's wrong?" Len asked.

"N-Nothing." I lied. He stared at my eyes, I gave him a twitched smile, he turned away.
