- Update-

I am rewriting this whole book.

Yes, I know it's a lot of work, but I compared to my writing now, and it's hopeless. I would not publish it again. I would rewrite it.

Which is what I'm doing now.

Sam's journey is currently being rewritten, and I've already added in at least three chapters. It is going to get longer, more detailed, and probably completely new. The storyline/plot will be the same, however it will be a whole new experience.

There are two things you can do now; add this book to your library and wait until I post one more part saying that I have reuploaded each chapter, or follow me for updates. I post updates on my profile through this weird broadcasting thing Wattpad have going, but I think you still get emails, unless they're in your "social" tab if you've got Gmail, which means you won't get them, unless you don't flag them as spam.

Sorry for the rambling, oh my gosh.

I'd understand if you don't want to follow me, I'm quite odd. But then again, it's never a bad thing to have a bit of quirkiness. But I'd really appreciate it if you would reread this book, because it's going to get heaps better!

So, basically; I'm rewriting, and republishing this book. It will be a new and improved. Thank you for your patience and for the amount of reads this book has received. My twelve year old self is so happy right now, omg. Thank you so much!

Still writing this story for now more than four years, the original Bandit/Coder,

Hey, it's my first story, so I'm sorry if there are any errors or anything... Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 1

It was never easy to be me. Sure, I had a dad and an older brother, although not biological, to help me grow up, but as they got a girl to raise instead of a boy, I didn't turn out so girly...

Let me just start with the fact that I'm 15 and I've not worn a dress or skirt since my mother's death, when I was 3. That was the last time I owned anything pink. At the same time, my dad's best friends died, in the same car crash as my mum, so my dad was also left with Liam. He's a year older than me. I owe him a lot.

He helped me study to get good levels in school, but that meant he sacrificed a lot too. He didn't go out on Saturdays and his longest relationship with a girl lasted 2 weeks. Not that he dated a massive amount. I don't know how he does it, but he's still one of the most popular kids in school. Although, that's not why I'm transferring schools...

You see, he stayed at home with me, every Saturday, so I could get into one of the more expensive schools and then, later, college and university. I didn't want to disappoint him, or Chris (that's my dad) for that matter, but somehow, I got myself expelled from that place. It's not my fault I turned out so masculine... Sure it's a great school, but to be honest, all I learnt from there was how to pick a lock... Granted, I didn't listen on any of the lessons, but I still passed every single one of my tests, exams and I would have been top of my class if that idiot Theresa didn't keep snitching on me...

Basically, she didn't like me being better than her, so anytime I had chewing gum with me or did something against the house rules she'd report me and with these little rule breakings you can imagine that I became the Head's favourite... Then, one day, I couldn't take it anymore and was (in the Head's words) "too rude for a young lady". She was about the only one who knew I was a girl. Wearing a hat that hides your hair, really does work...
