I tied my hair into a pony tail as I looked at myself in the mirror one last time.

Jake, Tara, Sam, Kat, Colby and I were going to Six Flags for the day. It was a triple date so I couldn't wait.

"Baby!" I hear from my living room. "I'm in my room!" I yell back while putting my ponytail through my hat hole.

I heard footsteps come into my room. "You almost ready?" He asked me as I looked at myself in the mirror.

I then look over at him and smile. "Let's go ride some rollercoasters." We were meeting downstairs at the lobby so I grabbed his hand and started walking.

We got to the elevator and pushed the down button. I placed my head on his shoulder as the elevator went down.

When we got to the lobby floor, we saw we were the last ones to get there. When everyone saw us, they all instantly smiled.

"Hey guys." Sam smiled as we got to them. "Is everyone ready?" I ask as they all nod their heads.

Us girls are gonna ride together and the boys are gonna ride together so it was gonna be fun. "I'll see you when we get there." I peck Colby on the lips as we part ways.

"What do you guys wanna listen to?" I ask the two girls in my car. "Can I be dj?" Kat asked as I gave her my aux.

I pulled out and followed the boys as she started playing Hannah Montana. "Sometimes I'm in a jam, gotta make a plan. It might be crazy, I do it anyway." We all sing in the car.

Kat has a really good voice, even when she's not trying. " I didn't know you could sing." Tara said from the back of the car.

"It was a secret talent. I don't do it much." I honestly say as Kat turns the music down. "You should, you're really good." She said as I smiled a little.

"I would but I'm into djing. It's my thing." I tell them as they listen. I never really wanted to become a singer, I've been more fascinated with mixing tracks.

The drive there was actually pretty fun. We sang the whole time and made a fool out of ourselves. I love spending time with just the girls because I never really had that.

"Where to first?" Jake asked as we walked into six flags. "Are we getting fast past or no?" Colby asked no one in particular.

"We should." Sam said as we went to a little booth to get a fast pass for the lines. We went to the closest ride and walked through the fast pass line.

Colby and I were gonna ride up front, Sam and Jake were gonna sit behind us while Tara and Jake wanted to sit in the back.

"Have you guys ever ate a bug on a rollercoaster?" Jake asked as we waited in line. Sam and Colby looked at him like he was crazy.

"I can't say I have." I say leaning against the railing. "So you're telling me, you've never ate a bug?" He asked with his arms crossed.

Why am I even having this conversation? "I haven't. I like to keep a straight face on a rollercoaster." I joke with him.

I make sure to keep a straight face so he thinks I'm being serious. And for some odd reason, he actually thinks I'm being for real.

"Wanna have a straight face competition on the rollercoaster?" He asked as the line started moving. "You're on Jake." I shake his hand as everyone watches us.

"My money is on Vee." Sam spoke up as Kat agreed. "I think it'll be Jake." Tara said going with her boyfriend.

That's when we all looked at Colby. He was the last one to choose who would win. "I'm gonna go with Jake, sorry babe." He shrugged as my mouth dropped.

"Don't talk to me until the ride is over." I say as we get closer to the ride. Once we got on and buckled up, I made sure to keep a straight face.

I knew I had to win this. I've always been a competitive person, whenever someone would make bets with me, I had to win.

I think I became like that growing up with Brandon cause I wanted to beat him in everything. And I wanna prove to Colby that I could beat Jake in this.

By the end of the ride, we realized that we kept a straight face the entire time so it was a tie. I'd rather take a tie than losing so it works out.

That's how we were for the whole day at six flags. We were goofing off and making bets with each other.

Kat and Tara made a bet about who could keep their mouths open the longest on a ride as Jake and Colby made a bet about who could keep their arms up.

When I got home, I plopped onto my bed, dreading work tomorrow. But I couldn't help but think how fun today was.

I don't think I've had that much fun in a long time. I just know that I wanna do this again but with the whole group cause it'll be more fun with more people.

As I laid in bed, I couldn't help but get a tune stuck into my head. It was where are you now by Justin Bieber.

I walked over to my music loft and sat by my keyboard. "I gave you the key on my back when the door wasn't open, just admit it." I sing while getting the keyboard right.

"See I gave you faith turned your doubt into hoping, cant deny it. Now I'm all alone and my joys turned to moping." I sing while putting my headphones on.

"Where are you now that I need you? Couldn't find you anywhere. When you broke down I didn't leave you, I was by your side. So where are you now that I need you?" I sing as I play the melody in my head.

And it actually sounded pretty good. It was more a softer and acoustic version of the original song. As I turned to my desk to write down the music notes, I see something behind me.

I turn to see Colby standing behind me, making me jump. I hold my chest as I take my headphones off. "You scared the shit out of me." I say honestly as he smiled.

"You're so talented, baby." He said making me smile. "Thanks. How'd you get in?" I ask as he shrugged.

"I was bored and your door was unlocked. Can I spend the night?" He asked as I nodded my head.

I sit my headphones down as I walked to my bed. I was pretty tired. I turn all my lights out as we climb into my bed.

"I hope you know that I wouldn't walk away even if I could. I'm hooked."
