~Melo's POV~

Kaliah: "text me if anything" she said as she got out of my car

Mel: "we will" she nodded

I waited till Kaliah got in the house before I pulled off

Mel: "What Are we gonna so about our situation? We still have to go back overseas before the months over"

"I completely forgot about that"

Mel: "Ooh I know" she laughed

"I think we should tell everybody"

Mel: "today?!"

"Nah On the kids first birthday, Yes today" I said sarcastically

Mel: "you sure about this? Lavar might not be so happy about this"

"I don't care if he's happy or not. Are YOU happy?"

Mel: "honestly.... at first I wasn't and I wanted to kill you but after today I'm probably happier than you" she laughed

"I'm happy, my moms happy, and most importantly YOU'RE happy. That's all that matters to me"

Mel: "Ooh I'm finna turn everybody's shit upside down" she said with an evil grin as we pulled into my drive way

"Oh lord" I laughed as we got out of the car

Mel was the first one to walk in the house

Gelo: "sup Mel, how you been" he asked as he took his attention away from jaden

Mel: "Just cooling, ya know carrying my twins" she said with a big smile on her face as she walked into the kitchen

I couldn't help but bust out laughing

"I swear It's really something wrong with her ass" I laughed

Jaden: "twins? She talking bout her boobs?" She asked with laughter

I shook my head and walked into the kitchen leaving jaden and gelo confused as hell

"Hey ma" I said as I sat down next to her and Mel on an island chair

My mom smiled and waved

Gelo: "What was you talking about back there?" He asked as he came in the kitchen

Zo: "talking bout what? Back where?" He asked as he came downstairs and walked into the kitchen with zoey

I looked at Mel, Mel looked at my mom, and my mom looked at me then we all looked up at Zo and Gelo

Gelo: "it better not be what I think it is"

My mom rolled her eyes

Zo: "what's goin on?" He asked as he put zoey down

Mel: "I'm pregnant" she smiled

Zo: "PREGNANT?!"

Gelo: "say sike right now"

Lavar: "Who's pregnant? Better not be that damn Denise! Zo I done TOLD yo ass about that girl!" He said loudly as he walked in the kitchen

I watched as my mom laughed and said "gold digger" under her breathe

Zo: "it's not even me this time!"

Lavar: "jaden?!" He asked as he looked at gelo with a concerned facial expression

Gelo: "hell no! I love her and everything but not that damn much"

I made a "🤭" face and hopped that jaden wasn't still here to hear that

Lavar: "then who's pr-"

Mel: "it's me" she said slowly

My dad looked at me and started walking towards me

I didn't know whether to run or not

I was in complete shock when he hugged me

Lavar: "congrats son!" He said loudly with a smile

I was just as shocked as everybody else

We all watched as he went and hugged Mel too

Zo: "oh so they get a congratulations but I got a stern talking too?"

Lavar: "Well for starters I happen to LIKE Mel. She's independent and DOESNT rely on Melo to cater her expensive habits, " he said with attitude

Me and Mel were already giving each other the this about to get ugly face

Zo: "dad they're 18"

Lavar: "but responsible and certainly WONT cause this family any more trouble"

Zo: "Lamelo Ball is responsible to you? He jumped in the pool from the ROOF for 20 bucks!, he stays up all night playing video games the day BEOFRE his practices"

Lavar: "but he gets the job done, does he not?"

Zo: "come on pops, Mel doesn't even have a job"

Mel nodded in agreement which caused me and my mom to silently laugh a little bit

Lavar: "What does Denise do exactly? And don't say endorsements cause nobody would know who she was if it wasn't for our Facebook show"

Zo: "doesn't he have to go back to Australia?"

My mom slammed her hand on the table which caused me to jump a bit

Tina: "YOUR BROTHER...IS STARTING A FAMILY..YOU. WILL. SUPPORT..THEM! I-I-"

My dad stepped in once he realized my mom was over working herself to yell

Lavar: "we as a family support each other no matter the circumstances. We supported you when you told us about zoey and we ALL hate Denise! your brother was the one who begged us for weeks not to be upset with you so therefore you're gonna show him AND Melina the same respect they showed you; end of discussion" he said before walking away
