Landlord Myers 🙄: you have until the rest of the week to pay your rent or your gone ! 😡

I sigh and put my phone down.

I angrily wipe my hands over my face and groan.

"Lord what am I gonna do ?" I ask myself.

: I need help....

"Y/n.... I'm done with my homework can I go play now" My little sister Amy asked standing in my doorway.

"Yea. Go ahead kiddo" I say smiling at her.

She thanks me and leaves.

I immediately feel my eyes burning and a tear falls.

I put my head down and begin sobbing quietly.

I'm the only one she has left to depend on.

My parents died when I was seventeen and they gave me the house.

I recently have been going to look for a job but I've had no luck.

Bestie❤️: I know....what's wrong ??

I sigh and I pick my phone up unlocking it.

: I'm about to loose the house. What am I gonna do with Amy ??

Bestie❤️: Send her with me for a while until you get things situated. I'll take her to school and practice.

"Thank you god" I say sighing in relief a little.

Bestie❤️: I know☺️ . Ayo you said you needed some bills paid right ??

:yea.

Bestie❤️: Get dressed and wear something nice. I have someone I want you to meet.

:uh....ok ?

Bestie❤️: I'll be there in a few.

I get out a simple black dress and some sandals.

I take a shower and get dressed.

I get Amy showered and dressed.

"You want to go and stay with Amoura for a while ??" I say hoping she'll say yes.

Her eyes immediately light up and she bounces up and down.

"Yes ! Yes !" She says with excitement.

I pack some of her clothes and we go downstairs and wait for her to get here.

I hear her car horn and we get up.

I grab my keys and I leave the house locking my door.

We get in the car and she greets me.

I say hi and so does Amy.

I go and put her things in the back and we get situated.

"I got you something A" She says looking back at Amy.

"What is it ?" Amy asks eagerly.

She opens the glove department and get out an IPad with headphones.

"Oh wow ! All for me ??" She asks grabbing it.

"Yea. I set everything up go ahead and get on YouTube and do what you kids these days do" She says starting up the car.

She waits for Amy to start the YouTube video before pulling off.

"Okay. I've got a solution to your problem" She says pulling out of my driveway.
