Taehyung was looking at the couple in front of him awkwardly.
"Guys? Can we ease up a bit?" he pipes in.
You snap.
You turn on your heels and give a death glare.
Taehyung gulped and stumbled back.
Shit, the same glare at Jimin!
"Why are we here?" you hiss.
"You know why, Ji-ae." Hoseok's voice pops in.
Your expression softens, and you look back.
He eyes were teary again, his face gloomy, eyes screaming his pain and desperation.
You softened.
"No. No, I don't, Hoseok. Care to explain?" you say almost breathlessly.
He steps closer to you.
"Because you belong here, with me."
You laugh bitterly.
"Me? I deserve here? No, Hoseok, I don't. I shouldn't even be talking to you after you let me go." you spit thr words harshly.
Hoseok gulps and steps closer to you and slowly sobbing.
"D-don't say that...I love you....I didn't let go of you...I ran for you...But Jimin didn't let me—"
You glare.
"Don't blame him! He did it for me!"
"But why?!"
"Because he thought it would be better for me!"
"But was it?" Hoseok whispers, "Was it good for you? Tell me, Ji-ae, did it not break you at all?"
Tears formed in your eyes.
"N-No." your voice cracked.
"STOP LYING!" he yells.
Taehyung gasps.
"Hose—"
"Shut up, stay out of it." both you and Hoseok snap at him.
Taehyung nods.
"I am not lying, Hoseok. I am happy with you." you step back.
Hoseok laughs.
"Nice joke, now tell the truth." he steps closer.
You clutch your left side, over your heart.
"I-I need space, I can't breath." you whisper, but Hoseok couldn't heart it.
"Please come back to me. Please, Ji-ae...I promise I will face Jimin..."
You breath heavily.
"Your presence suffocates me!" your words stop Hoseok from stepping any closer. "It hurts when you are near me! It hurts because I know that even though you are in front of me, I can't call you mine! Now even if I can, I won't! Because it's fair for me to do so!"
