The Spar of the History

It was the next morning and Raven was right. She was up at the crack of dawn. Though it was either because she woke herself up or the others woke her, is a reason that will remain unknown. She decided to come out and see what was going on.

She was not disappointed at the sight in front of her... Anya and Lexa were getting ready to spar. And she wouldn't miss a chance in hell to see that. Lexa is practically undefeated. Anya taught her. Yeah. This was going to be good.

And apparently the others thought that too because almost everyone was out. Nick, Lincoln, Elyza and Raven stood around making the boundary of the ring. Chris was sitting at a distance too, wanting to see if the scary General can defeat Alicia. Madison and Travis were sitting a little farther too and Strand was in the captain's room.

The spar was just hand to hand combat. Both the women wanting to just do it for old times sake. They both took a stance and both waited. Anya was patient. So was Lexa. Lexa knew Anya wouldn't come first so she started instead with a series of punches and kicks. Anya easily dodged almost all of them and countered the ones that hit. So a hit for a hit.

Lexa was pushing Anya back and Anya knew that because Anya was still on the defensive. So the next punch Lexa came in with, instead of dodging or countering, she caught it, turned with it, tossed Lexa back giving herself more space. Lexa regained her balance pretty quick, grunted and went in with a front kick. Anya caught it, spun her and put her in a choke hold. And instead of struggling like a normal human, Lexa was calm as hell. The hold wasn't for show. It was very real. Lexa knew because her vision were developing black spots slowly. Lexa elbowed Anya several times with incredible force and as soon as her hands became a little loose, she grabbed both and flipped her over her shoulder onto the ground. Hard.

"Is it just me or that looked really painful..." Nick wondered out loud wincing. Everyone seemed to agree with him that it wasn't just him.

Back to the fight, Anya didn't waste a second on the ground and as soon as she hit the ground, she rolled and got up and threw a round kick which hit Lexa straight in her stomach knocking the wind out of her. She stumbled and Anya kicked her legs from under her making her lose her balance and fall to the ground with a thud. She then knelt and put both of her knees on each of Lexa's hands and put her forearm on throat pinning her.

But of course. It's Lexa. She hit her head on the general's head twice for the general to loosen her hold on her and brought one leg up and flipped the general over her. She got up, pulled her knife out from where it was hidden, turned with her knife in hand, and put it to the throat of the already up general behind her.

But as she turned, she found a knife at her throat too. She smirked at the already smirking general,

"I thought you taught me to not bring weapons in a hand to hand combat" she said a little out of breath.

"And I thought you would listen to me" replied Anya a little out of breath too.

Everyone whooped. Literally everyone. From Raven to Chris. Yeah he joined in on the cheering too.

"HOLY SHIT!! An actual tie against the commander!! Damn! I'm officially never going to piss any of you off" Raven said grinning like a child.

"How in the hell did you not just stay down..?! Those throws looked damn painful...!" Nick asked curious.

"And they were. Believe me. She wasn't holding back. I can still feel it" Lexa said touching her stomach where the kick had hit. Anya smirked.

"I was the one that got tossed to the ground 3 times with inhuman force by my second. I should be the one to not stand properly. And yet you are the one that's whining" Anya said smirking and rolling her eyes.
