It was one fine morning. Actually it was one of the very fine mornings because since Madison and Raven decided to start over 2 months ago, the group had been doing good. No more protests at every one of their decisions. No more questioning them. None of that. Not anymore.

Though it was or is still hard for Madison to cope with Raven's antics around the ship, she has found a joy in it. Because Raven never harmed anyone. It was all just for fun. And Madison was just seeing it now. She even laughed along alot of the times.

Travis was a different case. He always liked the others. He knew they were good people even if their ways were... Different. With Madison not in his ears telling him to stop talking to them, he was seeing the full extent of them. Just like Nick and Chris had. And Alicia. And he liked the way they did things.

There wasn't a leader among them. Not really. But sometimes Lincoln, Anya and sometimes Raven did listen to every of Alicia's word. But mostly the decisions were made by every one of them, he had learned.

Chris was doing good too. He had been recovering fast. He was in a lot of pain after the surgery but it had subsided in the coming week quite a bit. Didn't go away, but subsided. He had to use crutches first as his leg couldn't support his weight for a brace yet. Soon Raven made him a brace when his leg had healed enough to use one. He was in pain but he pulling through. He was trying and he was succeeding. That's what anyone wanted.

And because of being on good terms with the adults, the group had offered to teach them how to operate firearms. Not just because they should learn, but also because whenever the others trained, they were fascinated. And unsurprisingly, the adults had agreed.

Though it was a pain in the butt to teach newbies, Raven still pulled through. But this time she wasn't alone. Because Travis didn't bode well with rifles. So to teach him how to use a handgun, she had called Elyza along. They had together taught the adults every other day.

Also, unsurprisingly, the adults hated the part where they had to wake up at the crack of dawn. One more reason to not train everyday. They tried to get their schedule shifted closer to afternoon so they didn't have to get up by Raven's antics every time they were late but the group had said that they too had to train so the adults had reluctantly agreed.

The group were happy together. With themselves and the adults. They were ready to give Madison a chance even after everything she did because Madison had personally apologized to all of them for her behavior towards them. And because of that, they had bonded. Apologizing wasn't the only reason, it was accepting you're wrong. A very few people have that quality in them. So if Madison was one, they had to atleast try.

The group also hadn't told the adults about their previous lives mostly because they didn't know how to tell Madison the daughter she had known for 18 years was gone in a way... So they had withheld that information and held their tongues at certain topics around them.

It was early morning and the sun wasn't even fully out. Suddenly the yacht jerked waking up most of its residents. Braking abrubtly probably the cause of it.. But what was the cause..?

Anya got up first after hearing shouts and gunfire and went out. She asked Chris who was about to come in, what happened,

"Uhmm.. Well.. Strand decided we would go to Mexico towards a village because he wanted to meet his boyfriend and Mexico was close... But uhm.. The people there are about to kill us... I think?" Chris replied rambling.
