Georgia Kaye Alas' Point of View
HER DEATH

I surrendered Lucifuge to the Inquisitors, the group of people in charge of the safety of the Orphic Dimension. Mula rito ay nakita ko siyang natutulog nang mahimbing sa loob ng hourglass, o mas kinikilala bilang prison dito.

Tinakpan ko ang mukha ko nang may dumaang mga inquisitors. They're very neat and well trained. I can't believe that humans could do such things like these.

I looked at my watch. Napansin ko ang panlalabo ng paningin ko. The Dark Prophecy is consuming me. Iyan ang nangyayari sa mga taong nakakita ng dark prophecy. They are all consumed by darkness. Isa akong anghel, at kahit bampira ako, I am not used to the dark energies. Akala ni Mnemosyne, makakaligtas ako. Pero hindi. I was not always a survivor. I was always meant to be a sacrifice.

My time has come.

Lumabas ako sa Inquisitor's Tower, at hindi na ako nagulat nang makita ko si Trophonius. He's been following me, at lagi niya akong binubulungan, "Come with me in the dark." Hindi ko nalang siya pinansin at pinagpatuloy ang paglalakad.

An angel will die but a demon will sacrifice.

Napapikit ako. Nakatakot ako bigla. I know Lucifuge will be in rage kapag nalaman niyang patay ako. He can revive me with exchange of his soul. Instead of my soul going to the afterlife, it would be his. Pero hindi. Hindi naman siya tanga at alam ko 'yon, he is smart enough to know that he needs to be one of the protectors of the universe.

"Malapit na ang pagkamatay mo, Georgia. Kung hindi ka sasama sa'kin, your eyes will be bloody until you die. If you join me—" wika ni Trophonius, but I cut him off. "I'll still die. Perhaps it would delay, but it's not going to change anything. You'll just steal my power again, and make more dark prophesies. And I'm telling you Trophonius, I'd rather die."

"Kung gayong gusto mong mamatay, sasabihin ko na sa iyo ang isa pang propesiya. The universe will come to an end." he said pero hindi na ako nagulat dahil nakita 'yon sa isa niyang mga scriptures. Tumango ako at napatingin nalang sa langit. Then what's the point of saving the universe when it is destined to end?

"But that's just a prophecy, dear. Maaari pa itong magbago. The whole universe may just change. This realm may be destroyed, but be reborn in the near future. Ngunit malabo nang mangyari iyon," dagdag pa niya.

I made the snow fall in the Orphic Dimension. Talagang dito pa ako mamatay sa hindi ko naman lugar. Mabilis akong napailing.

"Take my life already," sabi ko nang maramdaman kong mas nandilim ang paningin ko. I can feel blood flow up to my eyes.

"What's your one last dark wish before the universe ends Georgia?" Tanong niya sa'kin.

A dark wish. Napailing na naman ako. "It's just a wish, right?" tanong ko kay Trophonius.

Tumango siya't napaisip. "Yes. I'll grant it if I can, but there are ways to do it even if I cannot make it."

Pumikit ako. What is my wish for the ending universe?

Imposible ito pero sige subukan natin, "Save my child."

Nanlaki naman ang mata niya. "Y-You have a child?! With whom?" Tanong ni Trophonius, at nagmura nang nagmura. Akala niya ata 'di ko na naririnig.

"With Lucifuge," maikli kong sagot at napatungo. I've know it long before I received the pin. Kaya nang mag-init ang pakiramdam ko dahil sa Phoenix pin, nag-alala ako para sa kanya. But then, I realized, this pin might also protect her. The phoenixes will guard her and save her.
