"As much as you hate it, you need to continue going to the cram classes. You have Amaimon to keep you company! But obviously he wont be in his human form" "I don't want to!" I threw the men's uniform back in his face but only had it thrown back, at least it wasn't those short skirts and tight shirts. "And do i have to wear these uniforms" "Yes, now put it on. Class starts in 10 minutes, tardiness is not tolerated" Throwing on the uniform after ensuring that he was distracted by something else while i changed, pushing the striped long tie up to my blouse collar, unbuttoning the top top button so i could breath. The white blouse hanging loosely over my tight black trousers, my dagger strapped to my hip hidden under the hem of the shirt. Slipping my arms into the black blazer and neatly placing it on my shoulders, i took a step froward slipping my feet into the black boots. Gently smacking the back of Mephisto's head when i was done dressing, his angry gaze turning to me but changed upon seeing me in the uniform. "Are you always this sloppy, you fail to dress yourself properly" "Lets just go" He nodded not in the mood for petty arguments and placed the golden key in the lock, turning and opening the door leading straight to my cram class. "Here you are, please avoid strangling him" His hand dug into his pocket pulling something out, i knew precisely what it was when it squeaked. The green hamster climbing from his hand to mine, sitting himself in my pocket. "This should keep him quiet" Stuffing stacks of candy into my pocket on top of the poor creature, "Why exactly do i need him?" The famous smirk stretched from ear to ear on his flawless face, "So he doesn't bother me while i'm doing some important work, now. If you need me, don't threat to give me a call. For you I'll answer right away" He handed over the pink phone and when i looked up he was gone, the same words echoing in the empty corridor "Behave yourself miss (L/n)" Urghhh. I looked down at the hamster who nibbled away on the sweets in my pocket, his nose twitching as he stared back at me unbothered. "You better not shit in my pocket, if you do i'll cook you" My eyes widened seeing him fling himself around in my blazer pocket, laying on his back using his back two legs to throw a jelly baby spot on the middle of my forehead. "I'm gonna kill you already!" He squeaked in protest as in challenging me "Miss (L/n), glad you could make it" Quickly shoving my hand in my pocket to silence the little mammal, "Yukio!" I waved my hand and smiled, acting as nothing out of the usual was happening. I never notice how bright his eyes were yet they looked pained, he motioned for me to enter the classroom with a gentle smile.

"What was that!" Rin Okumura, i didn't even need to open the door to know who's voice that belonged to. His teeth baring as he fought against the tight grip of Shima and Shiemi, Koneko failing miserably at holding Bon back, Izumo had the right idea to just sit back and watch. Being here once was enough for me to remember who was who, unfortunately. I could feel the bag that rested on my shoulder slip off and hit the ground, making a little bang from impact. Yukio's glasses slipped down his nose, eyes wide open and mouth ajar as we stood and watched them rip at each others throats. All eyes on us as my bag caught their attention, feeling incredibly uncomfortable, i grabbed my bag and made my way to the back. "(Y/n)!" Rin yelled across the room and sprinted towards my table, completely forgetting his previous fight with his delinquent looking classmate. "Where have you been for the past week!?" Great, an interrogation. I rest my hand in my pocket and bent my index finger, gently stroking the green fur of hamster Amaimon, his body vibrating against my finger in contempt. "Late entrance exams. You might want to turn around, you have a very angry twin glaring you down" The sweat beads on his face was visible as he smiled nervously, spinning on the heel of his boot and heading towards his seat. "Morning Yukio!" The younger twin let out a sigh due to his brothers stupidity, "Class is starting, take your seats" The room quieted down "Who here has a temptaint" I was one of the only few who stuck their hand in the air, remembering when Mephisto had bitten me, ever since then i had been seeing Coaltars everywhere as well as many other demons.

I hardly payed attention to any of the lesson, i was too busy winding up Amaimon. Taking the candy from his mouth to put it on his back, he would shake his little body and go straight back to it. I failed to notice that class had ended and everyone left but Rin, he hung back to wake me from the endless torment i was inflicting on the strange hamster in my pocket. "Hey (Y/n), do you want to hang out for a bit?" "Sure" Grabbing my stuff and walking out the room with Rin trailing behind me, i waited until we had made it outside of the school to talk to him, sitting on the edge of the water fountain, the morning breeze sending shivers down my spine. "Rin, can i ask you something?" He sat himself beside me "Go ahead" The smile on his face dropped feeling the intense aura, "Why do you carry that sword everywhere? I would have thought the Vatican would have taken it away by now, and label you as 'Dangerous and a threat'" The lump in his throat moved signalling he gulped in fear, "What were you convicted of doing?" "I..i have a temptaint and go on special missions with bro, so i have permission to have it on me at all times" He stuttered out past all the hesitance, i let out a small hum looking him up and down. "Are you checking me out! Its creepy!" The teen was shockingly screechy, his left arm and leg lifting as in to cover himself from my eyes. "You're not human, are you" "H-How could you tell?" "I guess you could say i can tell a fellow demon when i see one" "You're a demon?" "Quarter demon, according to Mephisto" A sharp pain ran through my hand feeling Amaimon bare his teeth into my finger, instantly pulling away 'should i have kept quiet, or did he just get fed up of me stroking him?' I reached my hand in again felling him swat my finger away, guess he had enough. "Rin, you don't need to worry, i wont tell anyone. I would like to become your friend, if you ever need help with something you can come to me. You must be going through hell hiding it from your friends, we can hang out whenever you need" I turned my gaze to him seeing the snot leak from his nose and the tears pour from his eyes, "(Y/n)-Chan, You're so nice" "Don't cry about it!" I smacked him on the back of the head making him leap froward, catching his footing and wiping away the tears and snot from his face.

"I've gotta go, ill see you tomorrow Rin" Without another word i ran towards the trees, hiding by a lake and pulling Amaimon from my pocket, laying him on the green grass. I stood watching as he transformed into his human form, his teal eyes staring attentively down at me. We began walking side by side through the nature, "Mephisto wont be pleased" he was the first to start a conversation. "You know that was the first time i have heard you call him by his name" He simply shoved his hands in his pockets staring straight ahead, "Still, he wont be pleased" "And why's that?" He had now turned his body in my direction, every step he took forward i took one back until i was forced up against a tree behind me, his hand resting beside my head. "Because you just made friends with our little brother and told him you were a demon" My head was racing, this was the most intimidating Amaimon had been, he must have a grudge against Rin. "Wait, Rin is your brother?" "He is not like us, he is half demon. A disgrace, born from a human mother" His face was too close to mine, his breath hoarse. A loud smacking sound filling my ears as my hand collided with his cheek, a red mark forming as his face remained looking off to the side, wide eyed. That made no sense, he wrapped his free arm around my waist while the other swung around his pink umbrella. Playfully kicking his legs out with every step he took, guiding me back towards the school, Amaimon changing forms and sitting on top of Mephisto's top hat. "I..I forgot about that. But i wasn't going to tell him!" The grip on my hip loosened, a stinging sensation left from where his hand squeezed a bit too harshly. "Okey dokey, all is good then. I will see to it that the portal to Gehenna will be ready in a few days time for our wedding, i apologize for pushing this all on you so suddenly but you were aware of the consequences of falling for a demon. This is for your protection, i will not go through with it if it truly makes you unhappy" I was scared, 17 and to be wed.
