Nic woke up to a face full of Becky's hair. He slowly separated himself from her and Ellie before carefully moving around the women on the floor. Once in the safety of their kitchen he brewed a large pot of coffee. He grabbed his phone out of his pocket before leaning his elbows against the counter as he flipped through different apps.

"So is Ellie exactly like Becky or more like you?" Charlotte asked a few minutes later. Nic softly chuckled before he moved to grab coffee mugs.

"She's exactly like Becky. It's almost scary to think what she's going to be like when she's a few years older." He said as he poured coffee for both of them. "Cream and sugar?" He asked as he handed her a mug. She nodded before he grabbed both for her and set it on the counter.

"How old is she?" Charlotte asked as she made her coffee to her liking.

"She's eight now but acts like she's twenty." She couldn't help but chuckle at his words. "Do you have a boyfriend or any kids?"

"Can I tell you a secret?" He chuckled.

"Let me guess this involves not telling Becca?" She nodded. "Why not."

"I'm actually dating another guy on the roster." He raised an eyebrow as he took a sip of his coffee.

"If you don't mind me asking.. who might that be?" He could see her flush a light shade of red.

"He goes by Andrade on tv but his real name is Manuel." Nic nodded.

"I've seen him. He's a good looking guy. How long have you both been dating?" He asked. Slowly a smile grew along Charlottes lips.

"A few months now." He nodded.

"And you haven't told anyone yet?" She shook her head.

"We're just not ready yet. We're still figuring things out together." He nodded in understanding.

"I get it. Just don't get too caught up in it." She chuckled as she shook her head.

"Nah. Trust me I'm not looking to hide my relationship for seventeen years..." He rolled his eyes.

"We never really hid it. We just skirted around the truth.." He said before she hit him. "I'm only joking. But honestly I wouldn't change what we did."

"Why do you say that?" She asked quietly.

"Because if we wouldn't have hid our relationship we definitely wouldn't be together now. Nor would we have had Ellie." She eyed him carefully.

"If you don't mind me asking why wouldn't you have been together?" He chuckled.

"I'm thirty-five, she's thirty-two. When we first started dating she was sixteen, I was nineteen. It wasn't the most legal of relationships.." Charlotte laughed lightly.

"But didn't she lie about her age?" He nodded.

"To Fergal, not to me. She's never really lied about anything to me." She shook her head.

"But you've lied a lot for her.." He chuckled.

"I have. But like I said. It was worth it." The two heard a pair of slow footsteps move towards them. Ellie was quick to move towards Nic who lifted her off her feet. "Whats up El?"

"Mum was crushing me." She mumbled. He chuckled softly as her head moved to rest along his shoulder. The young girl was out like a light.

"So is she a daddy's girl or a mamas girl?" He laughed lightly as he grabbed his coffee with his free hand.

"Mummas girl one thousand percent." He said with a smile. "But that's only because I'm her teacher too."

"You homeschool her?" He nodded.

"Makes it easier on all of us. Plus she's well ahead of where she should be because she's not being slowed down by teachers in a classroom." Charlotte chuckled as a smile grew on her face.

"She smarter than Becky?" She joked earning a laugh.

"Give her a few months and she'll be miles ahead of Becca in math." She shook her head before they heard feet moving towards them. Dakota smiled at the both of them before moving Nic out of the way of the coffee pot. He set his cup down before grabbing her a mug from the cabinet. "Mornin' mate."

"Mornin'." She said before taking a long sip of her coffee. "So Nic.... When are we getting this one in the ring?"

"That is a question for Becca not for me. I will have no part in asking her." Both women started to laugh.

"You're afraid of her aren't you?" Charlotte teased before he instantly nodded.

"Hell Yeah I am. I mean have you seen her." Dakota pokes the bruise forming along his cheek.

"Yeah and we see this too.." Nic rolled his eyes.

"I bruise easily. She really didn't hit me hard..." He commented.

"Sure.." The two said in unison.

"I have leukemia I bruise easily. Trust me." Dakota choked on her coffee as Charlotte stopped her head snapping towards him.

"What?" The brunette asked once she regained her composure.

"You good?" She nodded at Nics words. "I was diagnosed with leukemia when I was seventeen. Never really told anyone then but now I honestly don't care. It's basically a part of my life now. But I'm in remission now so I should be good for a few years."

"It's been on and off since you've been diagnosed?" Charlottes asked earning a nod.

"Thankfully it has been and usually it's around five years before I have to start worrying about it again." They both nodded.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Dakota asked.

"The only person I told outside of my family was Rebecca. I never really thought to tell anyone back home." He said honestly. "I'm sorry Cher.." She shook her head before giving him a light side hug.

"Don't worry about it, I get it. It's not something you'd really want to share with everyone. So how long has it been since you've been in a ring?" Dakota asked while raising a curious eyebrow at him.

"Three or four months." He said before a smirk grew on his lips. "Could still blow you out of the water though." She rolled her eyes.

"Sure you could you bloke." Charlotte looked between the two who were staring each other down.

"You know I could just snap my fingers and get you a tryout in NXT so you can show up or shut up Nic." She commented before he looked at her with a look of confidence on his face.

"Then snap those fingers mate."
