§ so let's just say that eddie has a bit of a phase in high school
§ his mother was starting to really annoy him with the whole pill thing so he was like "fine, i'll take my drugs... i'll take all the drugs!"
§ he also felt super anxious constantly
§ so yeah he started smoking weed
§ he bought the weed from some shady kid at his school
§ eventually, bill found out about it and was really worried for eddie
§ and then eddie convinced bill to become a stoner with him
§ but then eddie calmed down a bit and decided to only smoke on the weekend or on days he doesn't go to school
§ richie also found out and was kind of freaked out because he didn't expect eddie to do that sort of thing
§ he joins him anyway though lmao
§ stoner eddie definitely wears baggy billie eilish clothes and beanies
§ he wears those tiny sunglasses that vsco girls love
§ richie misses his tiny shorts (it's only a stoner phase tho so eddie will definitely return to his natural state of being)
§ eddie let his hair grow curlier cause he kinda didn't give a shit
§ smoking weed actually kind of calmed him down a bit so he was less worried about things like germs
§ he eventually came out of the stoner phase and learned more beneficial ways to calm down his anxiety
§ he took richie with him to see a therapist because he was nervous
§ he got a stress ball and learned a bunch of breathing exercises
§ anyway, by smoking weed, eddie learned that he needed to properly care for himself by getting rid of his anxieties
