I walked into school with my lovely little red cup. I couldn't think of getting late again you know. So today my first class was English, which means meeting Jamie again. I don't know how long I could think of sitting in class right next to him when my heart pounds more and there were endless butterflies in my tummy. Let me tell you something..

I've never felt this for my other crushes.

So I walked in to class and walked to my desk. As I approached the desk, I saw a red box topped with a ribbon, just like the first day. I sat down and took the box in my hand, it was neatly wrapped, Red with white polka dots. I was about to open it when I was interrupted by Jamie

"Why somebody has got her Christmas gift before Christmas" he spoke as he sat down. "Maybe" I reply "Who is it from?" he asked

 "Santa" I replied

"You believe in Santa?" he asked me again "Would it matter if I said I believed in Santa?" I asked him  "People have their beliefs. I wanted to know if you believed in them, because even I do" he spoke, placing his books on the table

"You do?" I asked, looking at him with an eyebrow of mine raised

"Why?, Can't a popular lad in school believe in Santa Claus?"

 "Sure you can" I replied

" It's strange sometimes to let out the things we do on Christmas Eve, you know...to ask Santa to fulfil your wish" he tells me "You feel so because you don't want your group to think you aren't like them" I spoke and then we had to stopped our talk when Ms. Montgembry walked into class and started the lesson.

Today, I got to know a little bit more about Jamie Haye Scott. He was softer at heart than what he showed...he wasn't just another popular guy with girls by his side, but a guy who believed in Santa even now.

The day went by well today and  I haven't yet opened my gift yet. I wanted the girls also to be with me. I would meet them only in the lunch time, so the gift lay safe in my bag till then.

Marketing class was finally over and it's lunch time. I took my bag and walked to the cafeteria, picked up the Caesar Salad because I wasn't very impressed with the chowder. I joined the rest at our usual table

"Finally! Where were you?" Shelly asked "Mr.Ganz took some extra time" I reply as I opened the plastic to get my fork "Marketing, is it boring?" Bree asked "Not as boring as designing class with Ms.Glarison" I reply with a quick groan

"How was today's English lesson?" Tammy asked with a wink, I couldn't help but smile

"Yeah, it was good"

"Did you guys talk?" Shelly asked

"Yeah, just a little" I said with a slight blush "You're blushing" Tammy pointed it out  "That's rare thing to see on Valerie's face" Bree states

"Say Val, did you get anything today?" Darcy asked "Oh yes how can we forget that, any thing from Mr. Santa?" Tammy asked  "Actually yeah, I thought of opening it with you guys" I smiled

"That's really sweet of you Valy!" Shelly said, pulling my cheeks  "Well then, take it out and open it!" Bree said. I gave her a look. I do not like anybody pulling my cheeks.

I reached into my bag and pulled the box out "This guy knows to pack well" Shelly said "Or he gets someone else to pack it" Tammy corrects her.

I opened the gift carefully and it revealed a bell to us, not just any ordinary looking bell, but a tree shaped bell

"Our guy loves Christmas, that's a guarantee" Darcy told us

"Hand it here Valerie, I want to see it" Tammy stretched her hand out, "Be careful" I warned her before handing it over to her, she nodded and took it from my hand. I then reached out for the letter that lay in the box
