Secret Starbucks Santa |Book 1|

Winter Break

I walked into a warm Starbucks shop on a pretty cold morning, I walked up to the counter, instead of meeting Susy, I happened to meet Michael

' Morning Michael, it's been long' I greeted " One Peppermint Mocha" he said and placed my order on the counter " Michael, I just greeted you" I told him " morning then" he quickly greeted and turned away

I shrugged, took my coffee and left the shop.

I had no other choice but to go to school today because this was the last day before the winter break.

I walked down the street to school, looked into a few shops that as the winter sale put up.

I climbed the stairs to the hallway and then walked to my locker. I put in my stuff and checked my schedule for the day.... I have English for the first hour. My head and my heart said they didn't want to go.

I somehow managed to walk to the class, I got in and walked to my seat, Jamie hadn't reached till then. I put my books on the table and turned "Hey there!" I was welcomed by Jamie's handsome voice  "Hi" I replied....My heart literally melted hearing his voice 

"How are you today?" he asked as he placed his book on the table " I'm good, how are you?" I asked " Good too, I didn't see you for English yesterday." He sat down on the  chair. "Well, I woke up feeling sick, so I thought of skipping the day. I heard you almost broke your nose' I remembered what the girls told me yesterday

"Oh that" he said, he touched his nose "Yeah, that was something, but I'm better now" he replied with a smile " That's good to hear" I replied, and then Jamie brought up the topic that I tried to forget

" How did you feel being in the paper?"

I looked at him, with a blank face " Honestly, not good...especially when the news is false" I told him  "  So you aren't going out with him?" He asked me.

"You thought I was dating?" I asked

" I thought you were hiding about it" he replied

"Patrick and I don't go well together. We hang out sometime because my brother likes him and he's my dad’s business partner's son" I told him "Oh" was all he said and with that Ms. Montgombry started her day's lesson

"We are totally going to Starbucks after school" Shelly told all of us as we had our snack break

"Shells, we're going to be here for the break" I spoke as I drank my hot chocolate "But still!" Shelly insisted  "Lunch in Starbucks?" Bree asked, she wasn't very sure of Shelly's idea

"They have incredible sandwiches" Shelly reminded us 

"For Shelly's sake guys" Darcy gave in "Alright Alright, we'll go" Tammy gave in  "Yay! so it's  Starbucks!" Shelly exclaimed with excitement and the bell rang "I think she's got a good idea because I don't know how desinging is going to go...see you guys later" I spoke as I got up, waved them bye and left the area.

I ran to my locker, picked up my books and ran to the class.

I was early by a minute after I sat down at my seat when Ms. Glarison walked in

After Designing, the bell rang to indicate the day and the school for this year had come to an end.

I can't actually believe a year went away so fast!

I got out of the class and walked to my locker to pull out my things that I might require over the break. I was to meet my friends outside, so I picked my stuff, put my bag on my shoulder and turned around to walk out of school.
