Chapter 3

The wedding was creeping closer, it was the 10th of December their wedding was tomorrow, "I love you." Alyssa said, James wrapped his arms around her and kissed her cheek, "I love you way more." He said, she kissed his lips and they chuckled, "I'm so glad I divorced Tod remember him." She said, she kissed him again, then they were interrupted Sophie walked into the room a blanket of shyness swept over her, "M-Mommy, D-D-Daddy, I heard something last night from in here." Sophie said, James and Alyssa looked at each other. Blushing. "Oh darling it was nothing." James said, hugging her, she hugged back then left the room, then the two lovebirds walked downstairs clutching hands, "Oh hello love birds!" Alyssas mum said, sweeping a delightful tray of pancakes onto the oak coffee table, and handing James a mug full of coffee he sipped it and slurped it, and Alyssa got some tea, "Okay mum, I have to go to work." Alyssa said, "Okay honey." Her mum replied, she slipped on her coat and James left with her to drive her to her work, they arrived and she left the car he waved her goodbye and he drove back to the house

At her work-
Alyssas PoV-

I was tapping away at my laptops keyboard typing up a database for a new idea as I heard a strange noise from a vent, I tapped my Co-worker marks shoulder "Did you hear that?" I questioned, He turned looking completely confused, "what? Hear what?" He asked, i shrugged and swirled round back to her work then the noise repeated itself, I tried my hardest to ignore it, and I went back into my day dream of a work, then I felt a tap on my back, it was mark "Hey, I heard you're getting married tomorrow congratulations!" He said, smiling, "is it to James?" He said, I nodded a yes and he turned around chuckling, I couldn't keep my mind off that noise, but I finished my job and started a new database, programming my way through it, then it was my lunch break
Alyssa report to the front desk.
That was strange I thought, but I grabbed my handbag and walked down the stairs to the desk then I became extremely ecstatic once I saw him, James stood their holding a subway sandwich and a Starbucks coffee, "care to join me?" He asked, I love him so much, I took his hand and we left the huge building and sat in his car and chewed on our food "so how was it?" He asked, "what? Oh work, it was okay as always." I said, he smiled "I took the kids to nursery." He said, Isighed "good, I completely forgot about it." I said, we held hands and my lunch break quickly ended, he waved me goodbye and I walked back into the large building and walked up the spiral staircase to department 306, I sat back down at my laptop and pressed the keys maniacally mark turned and stared at my typing skills in bewilderment, I typed seven new documents in one hour
Alyssa to the front desk.
I got out of my chair and decided to use the elevator since it will be a quicker route, I got in and seconds later I was at the front desk "Hello Alyssa you're free too go!" The receptionist said, I stuck my thumbs up and walked outside three big folders in my hand as James came toward me and took the folders out of my hands and held my other hand, he opened the car boot and stuck the folders inside of it then opened my door for me and started the engine, "let's pick up the kids from nursery, it's 17:30pm" James said, I nodded he drove out of the car park and drove down a couple of streets and we took a halt in front of the nursery, we both got out and locked the car then walked into the nursery "Mommy!" Sophie giggled, "Daddy!" Simon giggled, the four of them left and went into the car the engine started and they drove home, where dinner was waiting...

They arrived home, Alyssas mum had been ironing her dress and James' tuxedo for the wedding tomorrow, Alyssa had an appointment to get her makeup professionally done and her hair too, the dinner was eaten then the kids got set to bed and the couple went upstairs they started making love...

That morning was a buzz Alyssas eyes fluttered her appointment was at 07:30am it was 6am right now she got up and got into her casual easy to change out of clothes James woke up too, and kissed her on the lips he had lip stick marks splattered all over his face after last night, "you have my lipstick from last night in your face." Alyssa said, giggling, he rose up and stumbled into the bathroom grabbed a cloth and scrubbed it off, then took off his boxers and jumped into the shower.

Alyssa set off on foot to the makeup salon, it was 2 hours later when her makeup and hair was done, she called James-

Calling- Soon to be hubby 💋

James- Hello babe!

Alyssa- hey babe, I need you to pick me up ASAP.

James- okay I'm on my way.

•CALL ENDED•

I heard a car and then James was in front of me "that was fast" I said, he smiled "I know I was round the corner getting a professional haircut." James replied, she got in and they drove home, her mother was holding their wedding outfits a tuxedo for James and beautiful white dress with diamonds on it for Alyssa, the two stared in complete and utter awe, Alyssa was holding back the tears. "Mum! Thank you more than anything!" She said, her mother started to shed a tear, "now on you go and get dressed, James stuck it on the  hired a expensive car to pick them up, the car arrived and Alyssa walked down the spiralling staircase, James stared at his beautiful fiancé with intent, then the kids came down, Sophie wearing a pink dress and her hair in a bun and Simon in a matching tuxedo with his dad, they five of them went into the car and the car drove to the patio in a famous park the fairy lights glistened in the dark cold night and the couple handed the rings to one another "with this ring you pledge to be mine" James said, Alyssa blushed "Of course!" She replied, the crowd cheered and the romance volumed up James twirled Alyssa round and then kissed her, the kiss was magical the crowds awe and Awww, soon ended as they stared up into the pitch black sky then a BANG happened a beautiful crimson red dream fluttered into the air and let off a BANG WHIZZ! The crowd cheered and the night faded away.
