The next day, Miles awaits cayleighs arrival. And around 3 o'clock, she shows.
"Miles."
"Cayleigh?"
She steps into the house, angry still.
This, for some reason, causes miles to explode.
"Listen here bitch! I'm fucking tired of you being mad and making me feel guilty! If Eliza did to you what she did to us you would have fallen for it too. Don't give me that shit. I understand you dealt with some shit but I didn't know!! Okay!! I had no idea!!! Please, just, let's move on."
Cayleigh looks smug.
"I'm glad you feel that way."
"Because I was gonna come back, but since you called me a bitch, maybe I'll reconsider."
"Wait! Wait! I'm sorry Okay?"
She laughs,
"Anyways, new rules. I'm part of the team, but I won't be staying here. I bought a small house right next door. You will not make me stop cussing, it's my life.
And lastly, I'm not your girlfriend anymore."
The last rule broke Miles's heart, but he doesn't say anything.
"Um.. yeah. Yeah. Cool."
"Yeah. Cool."
She says goodbye and begins to move into her new house.
Wow, she really is upset.
Melody comes in,
"Miles, what's wrong?"
"She's coming back, But she won't live in the mansion and she broke up with me."
"Oh. I'm sorry."
"It's okay, maybe it's just gods way of telling me to find someone new?"
She smiles,
"Yeah. Maybe it is."
Maybe it is.
