EP 13 - Money

Both of you go down in living room, the big room filled with expensive things, some paintings, vase, the typical rich mansion.

You both sit down on the couch, and look at each other.

"It's been long, I haven't seen you in such a long time." You say in low voice.

"You missed me?" He asks you.
"Of course I did, Mr Choi, you were like a dad to me, always been there for me."

"Y/n... I don't know what will happen but if something happens to me please take care of Soomin." He say in low and sad voice.

"Nothing will happen to you." You say quickly.

You started to play with your fingers, and while Mr Choi was scratching his head.

Then he breaks the silence, and says " it's late you should go to sleep now, tommorow I will talk to Mr Bang."

"But wait, what should I tell him about you?" He looks puzzled.

You take a deep sigh, and say "tell him that I am 21, and I lived in America till now... I really don't like to lie Mr Choi."

"I know you hate lies, but it's for the sake of them." He says while patting your head.

"What's your name y/n? I mean what should I tell him?" He asks you.

"Tell him my name is Kim lee." You say without thinking anything.

He agrees and says " alright I'll recommend you to him, but y/n you have to be careful, don't tell anyone this time thing."

You nod.

"Alright I'll call you and inform you about the interview, now you should sleep you have to wake up early." He says and escorts to his room.

You take a deep sigh.

''What will I do?" You question yourself.

You go to your room and saw Soomin spreading her leg on your side of bed while hugging your pillow tightly.

"Aww my Soomin" you Chuckle.

You sit down where there was some space, and look at your tiny friend who is deeply sleeping.

You kiss her forehead, and brush her hair.

You hear her mumbling something like " y/n I'll save you" you giggle.

"Sure you will save me..." You say to your sleeping friend.

You take your pillow, and she turns to other side, and snuggles.

You lay down on your bed, and look at the ceiling, your lost in thoughts.

"So I have to save everyone, will I be able to do so? I have never done anything like this before, what if because of me everything worsen..." You say to yourself.

It concerns you that you will worsen the things instead of making them better, you miss your older Soomin.

You remember the dream and the voice words, " you will see the glimpse of future in your dreams too.."

Does this means that it was the future? Did Soomin died because of your stupidness, you can't face the future, good thing you choose the past.

The past sure hurts you, but it's better than seeing the future.

At least you're with Soomin and Mr Choi.

"I still remember this day... " You say slowly to yourself.

"August 28... I nearly committed suicide because they left, they didn't care about me.. they're selfish... They left me alon..." You begin to feel tears around your eyes, and quickly wipe them.

"But it hurts so much, why did they left me? On 28 my teacher scolded me so much, I still remember her words ' rich spoilied brat' my classmates use to bully me, they told me to give them money, they called me crybaby... Even my mom did.."

"What did I ever do to deserve this?" You again felt the tears bit you didn't wiped them you were too lost in past.

Brat? Me? But why??

"Why did they bullied me? I know I wasn't ever beautiful, or smart like Soomin, or funny or anything..." You say in frustration and anger.

"I was lonely, I never trusted anyone except Soomin... She used to protect me..." You say in tears.

I was weak.

I wasn't good enough.

I was a disgrace to my family.

"That's what they always told me, you can't understand such a simple question? Your such an idiot, she is weird, she is creepy.. she is spoilied by money..." As you remember the words you over come, you remember how your parents never let you do anything.

You remember the incident when you were bullied for first time, you came home and cried and your mom came in room.

You remember.

You told her that your getting bullied, while crying on her breast and hugging her she said
"Don't ruin my dress!!! It's so expensive, idotic kid. If you don't want them to bully you then give them money, they'll be your friends." She said this and left you weeping for hours.

You told your dad and he said " can't you see i am working? Are you blind? You want some money? take it from my wallet, please don't bother me." You remember it you said to him that you want love his love. He said "love ? Take this money, I give you money because I love you, your mom loves me because of money, world works with money NOT LOVE."

You cry hysterically as you remember they're words.

BLOODY MONEY.

This was the reason you hated them, all they care was about money.

You begin to feel your eyes closing, and you still are feeling the tears, you want to wipe them but you feel so tired you don't want to do anything, you just want to relax.

You feel like you're losing your control over your body.
