Chapter 12 "You're the first one..."

Andrew's POV

I was awakened when I felt Kira's heavy and ragged breathing, she's having a nightmare, 

"Kira! wake up love," I cupped her face and shake her shoulders. When she opens her eyes she immediately holds my face and my chest searching for something, 

"Yo-you were-, I-I thought-, oh God," She burst into tears while holding and looking at me, I hold her hands and lift her chin up. 

Her eyes bare so much sadness and pain, seeing her vulnerable like this, "How? Love, how can I take away all your pain and misery?" I asked and hugged her tightly,

We stayed like this for a while, I, leaning on the headboard while she buried her face to my chest and her legs straddled on my waist, 

"You're a giant for my bed," she commented and felt the vibration of her giggles,

"Careful there Love, I might sue you for defamation," she looked at me and laugh, she might be smiling and throwing fun remarks but hell I know that she's building the barricade again,

"Do you know the movie BFG? You're like him!" Kira commented but Andrew pulled her again to his chest and hugged her as if she was her lifeline. "Thank you, Andrew,"

"I would not force you to tell me, but please Love never leave my side," Andrew said while he connected both their foreheads,

"I won't," She replied then Andrew kissed her on the forehead, nose and looked at her eyes as if asking for permission before kissing her lips.

Kira's POV

It's been weeks since Andrew started acting like we are dating, constantly calling me "Love", I mean I'm not mad about it but we never had a serious talk about it BUT we've never done the deed which I'm very grateful for his understanding.

We are in Dublin now, he brought me along to his studio and I'm just sitting on the couch waiting for him. He's in a meeting with Caroline, his manager, he's still on hiatus but he started working. 

"Kira! Hi!" Rory greeted me as he entered the studio and I waved at him, "They're not done yet?" 

"Yep, It's been hours! no one can really stop that BFG huh?" I jokingly replied to him,

"BFG?" He asked confusion written in his face,

"What? Don't tell me you don't know that movie? Big Friendly Giant ?" I utter while grabbing the sandwich he offers, he just looked at me and laughs,

"Would you let us into your jokes?" I heard the familiar soft Irish voice, 

"Nope!" and stuck my tongue out and continue eating my sandwich, "Thanks for this, Rory" and walk pass Andrew,

"You are not getting away from me, Love," Andrew said as he pulled my arm and bite half of my sandwich, shocked and betrayed, "Your presence will be forbidden in my abode, BFG!" I said,

"Rory! He ate my sandwich! Alex! Caroline! Someone should whip his ass," They all raised their hands and laugh, I looked at Andrew, "I'll tell Raine about this," as I wagged my finger at him, then he laughs, he laughed again! 

Do I really want to date him?

Kira knocked on the Byrne's front door and waited for someone to open it,

"Kira my dear, so glad you made it," Raine greeted and hugged me, "We have a lot of things to talk," 

Raine called me earlier when I was doing my drafts and invited me for a girl date, Isn't she sweet? I might date her than Andrew,

"Would you like some tea or coffee?" She asked me, 

"A coffee would be lovely," I replied, "Can I help you in the kitchen?" I asked as I followed her,

"Dear, just be comfortable we don't bite," then she chuckles, 

We were sitting on the living room talking about her arts and showing me some of the family pictures,

"Both of them Jon and Andrew are very good kids, they're both sweet," She said while we scan some old photos,

"You've raised them well Raine, you and John," I told her and holds her hand, 

"You're the first one that Andrew let us meet, I'm really glad that both of you are dating," shocked at what she said,

"I-I, about that, we uhm.. you know, we never really talked about it, I don't even know if we are really dating, it's very complicated Raine," I admitted to her,

"Well, you two should talk about that,"

"To be honest, I'd rather date you than him, he steals my food! Can you believe that? He's been to different countries and earns a lot better than me but he loves to steal my food.." then Raine laugh,

"You are a very cheeky girl," She said and holds my face, 

"Thank you for inviting me Raine, I almost forgot how to have a mom," I said and hugged her,
