18. Kuroo - valentine cuddles ♡

♡ - Requested (making this a lil late valentine special)

you and your boyfriend kuroo were walking to the parking lot to get your car and get back to your shared apartment, you had picked him up from volleyball practice

you and kuroo got in the car, you put the key in and started the engine

"hey (y/n)..." kuroo quietly spoke looking down, it was strange for him to act like this so before you could even put your foot on the gas pedal you turned to look at him tilting your head in confusion as he had a sad look on his face

"what is it testuro?" you asked worried of how down and sad your boyfriend looked

"i'm sorry we didn't have the time to spend valentine's day properly" he kept looking down

you looked at him with a soft face placing your hand on his shoulder

"i'ts ok kuroo, we still have the late afternoon to go by, besides it doesn't matter to me if we don't go to a fancy restaurant or get the best present...having you is enough" you smiled as he looked up at you

you quickly pecked his cheeks

he smiled back

"now, let's go home" you smiled wider at him

it was a long drive home filled with lots of jokes and bad singing to your favorite songs.

finally opening the door of the apartment you were greeted by your soft black cat that you and kuroo adopted last year on valentine's day

her name was momo, only 2 years old but she was smart, she was literally the closest thing you both had to be a child

"hey momo" you greeted the soft fur animal purring at your head scratches

"i'm taking a shower" kuroo closed the door behind him and dropped his gym bag on the floor headed to the bathroom

you sighed looking where he placed the bag on the coffee table in front of the couch, you shook your head slightly and looked at momo who was staring back at you

"what a messy dad you have momo" you stood up taking the bag to the laundry room to throw in all his dirty clothes and knee pads he used for volleyball

you then hanged the bag on a small hook outside the door, walking past the bathroom you could hear kuroo was still showering

'i should have enough time to cook something' you thought

you made your way to the kitchen taking out the basic and simple ingredients to make ramen, momo jumped on to the counter and curiously looked at you cook

when you poured in the uncooked ramen in the boiling water you felt two strong arm wrap around you as well as a chest pressing up behind you, only to realize kuroo was hugging you when he was still soaking wet

"testuro!" you turned seeing he was only wearing a towel around his waist and there were small drops of water running down from his torso down to his beautifully toned abs, you were blushing pretty hard since it was all of a sudden

"oh come on it's funny when i tease you" he smirked letting out a giggle

"whatever, just go and get dressed the food is nearly ready" you turned back round to the cooking pot of ramen and boiled eggs.

you poured the ramen in two different bowls and proceeded to place them on the small coffee table by the tv, kuroo was now changed into normal clothes, his grey sweatpants and plain black shirt

"i'm changing my shirt, pick a movie" you pointed out to your shirt still stained with water from kuroo's hug

"alright" he smirked

you went to your shared bedroom looked through the closet deciding to wear one of kuroo's shirts, specifically his practice volley shirt with the team name at the back

you sat down next to him on the couch

momo layed on your laps with her stomach up reviving tummy rubs by you

"not fair! i want cuddles too" kuroo turned to lie down and place his head on the free space there was on my lap

"my god you're so stupid" you sighed looking down at his pouty face

"come on give me cuddles i'm a cat too, meow" he lifted up a fist to his face and curling his wrist trying to even look like a needy cat

"you really are jealous of a cat huh?"

he pouted back

"fine fine" you gave up placing your hand onto his hair gently petting and twirling your fingers in his freshly washed black bed head locks and watched the show playing on tv

after a while you looked down to check on kuroo

he had fallen asleep with his mouth slightly agape

you smiled and giggle quietly,momo was also by your side sleeping laid flat

'my two lovely kittens' you smiled once more
