36. Kita - Umbrella♡

When the last bell rang you reached your arms up stretching ur muscles and bones hearing a couple cracks you then felt a poke to your ribs as you stretched making you react by jumping in your seat and cry in pain, that's just because you were ticklish basically everywhere

you looked to see who it was that ruined your nise moment and see it was atsumu smiling proudly of what he just did

"what do you want?" you asked furrowing your eyebrows at your friend

"do you not remember?" he spoke getting right to the point

you sat in silence looking around trying to think what he was talking about while atsumu impatiently waited for you to spark a lightbulb

"come on, kita's birthday! remember what i told you to do?" he answeared the question for you

"uh, you mean your idea was that after practice i bring him a cupcake for him and then walk home with him? yeah no sorry i told you i don't have the guts to do that" you replied getting all  the books on your desk and shoving them in your bag

"then how are you living right now?"

"atsu-"

"i know it's a joke but come on loook i even picked the cupcake up this morning for you" he took out a small blue box that had a strong vanilla and strawberry sent coming from it which almost made your stomach growl too

"i'll help out okay? this is finally your chance to spend time with your big crush and it's the only time i'm helping so make up your mind missy" atsumu gave you a serious look to encourage you

you thought about for a second and bulit up the copurage to agree, atsumu nodded at you and handed you the box

"alright you keep this and come watch us in the gym" he smiled one last time before his twin brother and friend aran called out to him to hurry up for practice by the classroom exit, atsumu rushed out and waved goodbye while mouthing a "you can do it"

He had never been this supportive for you, his usal routine was to tease everyone but maybe he wanted his captain to grow up and be happier with a person by his side

as you walked down the hall with slow steps towards the gym trying to play a scene in your head of what to say to kita, or how to approach him, how to offer a walk home later, you were beggining to feel rather stressed already

finally making it to the gym, you took a seat on a bench in the corner trying to breathe normally

"oh hey (y/n)" a voice spoke, looking up to see who it was obviossly it was him

"ah- hi kita" you gave a small wave

he walked closer to you

no wait why are you walking over here

he's gonna sit next to me isn't he

ah shit he sat donw next to me

"you here to watch?" kita asked curiosly

"oh yeah, i also came here to wish you a happy birthday" you smiled nervously at him

"aw how nice of you!" he smiled at you

he's adorable

i cri, his smile is like the sun

"yo, kita we gonna start here or what" osamu called out, getting his attention

kita stood up and gave you a small smile while mouthing "watch me"

practice had come to an end after a full hour, maybe a couple of extra minutes added but you were pantient and not complaining, you got to watch kita practice no one can complain at that.

once everyone cooled down and wiped off their sweat in the locker rooms, kita was the first one out, you walked up to him

"oh kita" you called right before he was going to exit the gym

"yes (y/n)?" he replied

"well i was wondering if we could walk home together, since it's your birthday and our neighborhoods are close and-" you stuttered a couple times 

"of course i would enjoy that" he smiled at you

UHM HELLO this is a draft from like august of 2020, it's been so long since i've been hereso hello how are you all 3k + people on here :D what the frigg i did not expect for this book to still get attention, people are still commenting, voting and adding it to their libraries i immensely thank you sm this means so much.

ok uhm perhaps i'll be back on here writing +_+ last year got really stressful and dealing with mental illness at the same time just wasn't it for me.
