I woke up to my phone ringing. I looked at my phone and it was Mya FaceTiming me.
"Good morning pooh how you feeling ". Mya said "I'm Ight jabrea snoring loud asl ". I said "I bet ". She said laughing "Hey Micheal ". I said "Wassup sis". He said "Hi". I said smiling "Aye sis don't trip over Troy ima talk to that nigga ". He said "No don't trip nomo , can't be mad just gotta move on". I replied "You sure". "Yeah but ima see yaw later I'ma go to the gym before I got to work ". I said "Ight pooh be safe I love you". "I love you too".
I hung up and I went to my bathroom, washed my face and brushed my teeth. I undressed and took a 30 min shower.
I came out the shower , wrapped my towel around my body. I dried my body off and lotion up, I got dressed , did my hair. I took a few pictures and posted them on Instagram.

I told my parents I was going to the gym, I left out with my gym bag and walked to my car. I went to tropical smoothie and got me a green smoothie with spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger. I drove to the gym close to my house. I got out the car and walked inside , I signed in.
