Brooke was sitting at ICU while Josh was gett his conscious back.
He opened his eyes and immediately Brooke was there.
"Thank goodness. I was so worried," Brooke said and hugged Josh but he pushed her away.
"What's wrong?"
"Who are you?" Josh asked.
"What do you mean? It's me silly," Brooke said.
"I don't know you," Josh said.
Maya entered ICU and was very pleased to see Josh awake.
She went in ICU and Brooke saw her.
"Can I help?" Brooke asked.
"Maya," Josh said and Maya gave Josh a hug.
"What on earth did you do? Do you know what a fright I got?" Maya asked and saw Josh was confused.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Josh said.
"He doesn't remember me. I'm Brooke."
"Maya pleased to meet you. Josh what is the day's date?" Maya asked.
"I'm not sure. November something," Josh said and Maya sat down.
"Okay. What is the last thing you remember?" Maya asked.
"We told each other how we feel. We promised someday."
"Josh that was eight years ago," Maya said.
"What's going on?" Brooke asked.
"Brooke Josh has amnesia. It's basically memory loss," Maya said.
"And the last thing he remembers is that day between you eight years ago?" Brooke asked.
"Will you call the doctor?" Maya asked and Brooke went out.
She exhaled as she pulled her hands through her hair.
"What's the matter?" Josh asked.
"Joshua a lot has changed since that day. A lot which will shock you. And a lot which you will probably regret. Rest. I'll tell you about it later," Maya said.
