CRAIG POV:

I slipped the letter in the Tweeks mail box and slipped my hood over my eyes before running down the road with a big smile on my face.

It disappeared when I realized he might not say yes. The paper bag I held in my left hand crinkled and crumpled banging around my ankles.

I was running to Starks pond, running to get ready. The grass around the pond was wet and slippery with glittering dew drops scattered like diamond across the darkened ground.

I looked down at my watch. The black watch shone and the silver writing read 8:00 four hours until Tweek comes.

I felt a fit of butterflies jitter in my stomach and try to crawl out my throat but I gulped swallowing them down.

Opened up the paper bag I emperors it's contents on a near by log and stared at the lake around.
