When practicing animal telepathy you may experience fears.

These could be fears you are imagining most communications, misunderstandings and many more. However it is a normal part of learning in this field of communication. Fear of not hearing anything from an animal when you try to communicate is a powerful force. It's enough to stop many people from even trying animal communication in the first place. Because, not hearing anything means you failed — while others are succeeding — at something very important to you. Maybe you're broken and there's no hope!

This is far from true! You aren't broken. You simply haven't found the right method for you yet.

If you're having trouble envisioning how you would tap into the animal's emotion, think about how this would work on you

If you're having trouble envisioning how you would tap into the animal's emotion, think about how this would work on you. Ask yourself the same kinds of questions and note your emotional response to each. Do you see how you can gauge which question-answer is best for you based on your most positive emotional response? It works the same way when you do this with an animal.

Let's say you ask a cat, "How are you today?" and you hear nothing in response. Don't give up. Instead, re-focus on the cat. Then rather than asking the cat questions, ask him answers. And imagine which answer he would choose based on how it feels to him. Here's an example:

Instead of "How are you today?" ask "Do you feel happy?" While you are asking it, put yourself in the cat's place and imagine what he would say. Feel the emotion of his answer. Did he resonate with that question-answer? Does he feel happy, excited, or positive to you?

If you don't feel the emotion of happiness or just get a neutral feeling, keep asking question-answers until something feels right. It's a similar concept as when you visit a bakery or ice cream shop and begin browsing all the selections, searching for the one that sounds good to you that day. When you come across a winner, you will feel excited. If you come across one you know you dislike or that just sounds bad to you, you will have a different emotional response. That's what you are trying to pick up on with the animals when asking emotional question-answers.

When that "right" question-answer comes along, you'll feel a spike in emotion from the cat or it will just feel like the cat resonates with that question-answer, or simply that it's true.
