Chapter 23: The Elevator Shaft

(Buzz talks to a fortune teller toy about Woody)

Buzz: Excuse me. I need your help. Where's Woody right now.

Fortune Teller: Ahhh, Mr. Spaceman. I know where your cowboy friend is right now.

(She gets an answer from her crystal ball)

Fortune Teller: I see your future. The cowboy is in some apartment across this store, where he was star of his own show from the 50's.

Buzz: Thank you, ma'am.

Fortune Teller: Your welcome.

(Buzz tries to walk out of the store by jumping to get the doors to move, but it didn't work)

Buzz: Hmm... I gotta find something large to open these doors.

(Buzz knocks over some boxes over causing to open)

Buzz: Now, Time to find Woody.

(Buzz leaves, then Emperor Zurg comes of his box)

Zurg: Oh, who's this.

(Zurgs looks at Buzz in the distance)

Zurg: *Growl*, I will get you, Buzz Lightyear!

(Cuts to Al's car, where Al leaves and enter his apartment)

Rex: Ah! He didn't take the bag!

Unity Belt Buzz: No time to lose.

(Unity Belt Buzz presses the unlock button and opens the door, then the toys get out of the car)

Unity Belt Buzz: Alright, men. Let's go. According to my calculations, Al live at floor 23.

Toys: Floor 23?!

Slinky: How are we gonna get up there?

Rex: Maybe we can find some balloons, then we could float to the top.

Mr. Potato Head: Are you kidding. I say can stack each other up, push the intercom and pretend we're delivering a pizza.

Unity Belt Buzz: Troops, over here.

(The toys go where Unity Belt Buzz is)

Unity Belt Buzz: I found a way to get to Woody.

(The toys enters the vent, then Buzz make it to the apartment)

Buzz: Now how can I get to Al's penthouse.

(He looks at a vent)

Buzz: This is gotta be a path.

Zurg: You can run, but can't never hide from me, Buzz Lightyear.

Buzz: It's Zurg.

Zurg: I saw you are going to find your cowboy friend.

Buzz: Sorry, Zurg. I don't have time to talk. I gotta save Woody.

(Buzz enters the vent, causing Zurg to be furious)

Zurg: *Growls* You never save that Woody guy, Buzz Lightyear.

(Zurg enters the vent as well, then cuts to inside the vent with Unity Belt Buzz)

Unity Belt Buzz: Just like you said, lizard man. In the shadows to the left.

(They walk to the left path)

Unity Belt Buzz: Mission log. I have infiltrated enemy territory without detection and we are making our way through the hallways of Zurg's fortress.

Rex: Hey, guys, look. It's an elevator.

Unity Belt Buzz: Let's get on board.

(The toys get on top of the elevator)

Unity Belt Buzz: Alright, troops. Elevator will be launching in a few seconds and we will save Woody.

(Buzz shows up and gets on the elevator, then the elevator goes up)

Unity Belt Buzz: To infinity and beyond.

(Zurg shows up where the elevator was)

Zurg: Gah! Are you kidding me?! Buzz Lightyear goes away.

(Cuts to Al's room, where the toys exit the vent)

Woody: Guys, you made it.

Slinky: Hey, Woody!

Unity Belt Buzz: This way!

(They carried Woody)

Woody: Please, no.

Jessie: Woody, where you going?

(The toys drop Woody)

Woody: Guys, I forgot to tell you. I was once star on a popular show from the 50's.

Toys: Wow.

Unity Belt Buzz: You knows these guys.

Woody: Yeah, I know them.
