Chapter 22: Shoto Todoroki Vs Izuku Midoriya

Chapter 22

April 20th 20XX

U.A Sports Festival

6:00 PM

Present Mic: Everybody get ready for this match. At this year's sports festival, both have shown top class performances! Izuku Midoryia and Shoto Todoroki these two boy have bright futures but today only one will come  out on top and so with out further ado Let's Get This Match Started!!!

Crowds: Defeat him Shoto!!! Shoto, Shoto, Shoto crush that villain!!! Shoto Shoto

*U.A Sport Festival: Teacher's Lounge*

Overlooking the festival the teachers were watching the fight, All Might stopped them from stopping Izuku. It caused a lot of tension in the room and some of the teachers left for "guard duty". Now the only people are All Might and Principle Nezu who had been sitting in awkward silence for a while now.

All Might: The crowd was cheering on Shoto, not because they like him no because they hate Young Midoriya. Why can they see his power?

Principle Nezu: It's because his power is unpredictable, it is two powerful for this festival, if anything it's a good thing the parents signed the wavers otherwise we would all be out of a job right

All Might: We can't joke about this, 

Principle Nezu: Fine being serious  he is your successor and even thought I am your boss I have no right to interfere however I suggest as an educator and the principle of this prestigious school I believe we should have Midoriya take a vacation instead of attending a hero study

All Might: WHAT!!! 

Principle Nezu: It's my opinion but it's up to you

All Might: Maybe your right, but what if he slacks off

Principle Nezu: He almost killed 50 people, he won't get weaker

All Might: I have to agree with you on that

Principle Nezu: Of course I am, I'm the principle after all

All Might:  If Midoriya wins then i'll let him go on a vacation if he wants

Principle Nezu: Ah look the match is starting

* Festival Stadium*

Walking to the stadium both boys get on the stage, the crowd yelling for Shoto to win and for Izuku to lose. Even so they were both  ready

Me: *staring into Shoto's eyes with determination* Hey come at me with all you got Shoto

Shoto: Same to you 

Present Mic: NOWWWWW BEGIN

Me: *thinking out loud* First, he'll come at me with his ice.

As expected Shoto summoned a wall of ice to Izuku, However using Delaware Smash he smashed through the ice wall only to find Shoto waiting for him with another attack planned

Shoto: Got ya Izuku

Shoto then using his ice ability pushed me into the air on what seemed to be a mountain of ice.

Using One For All 5% Izuku was able to jump on top of Shoto's ice technique and slides down. 

Me: SHOTOOOO!!! PREPARE YOURSELF!!!... DEVASTATION BLAST!!!

A shockwave hit Shoto so hard he went through the ring and into the ground, so far down that he hit the pipes at the bottom of this new pit. The force of the shockwave even hit the crowd causing popcorn and bevrages to fly out of peoples hands. Jumping down to check on Shoto

Me: *finally reaching the ground* Shoto!!! Oh no..

Izuku jumped back out on to the stage holding Shoto in his arms. Shoto was unconscious and was breathing but his body was cold, well colder than usual.

Me: Fuck I didn't mean too

Crowds: YOU SOCIOPATH, SOMEONE ARREST THIS BRAT NOW!!! 

Me: Pro Mic call Recovery Girl

Present Mic: *still in disbelief that Shoto lost knowing that Shoto was the son of endeavor*  Umm yeah of course kid... *calls for Recovery Girl*

Me: I didn't snap but I still used too much power... I guess I underestimated myself didn't I... But I can't believe I did that to Shoto... What am I.... I felt forced to do that, to use that much power... I guess I wanted to win that badly. I just don't know anymore. First Kacchan and Ochaco now Shoto what is this power? Why am I so... Scary. I hate this and this damm hero society. I'll control this power and change the hero world forever... Yeah... I will...

Izuku ran off of the stage, sure he won but look at what he did to Shoto. This causes Izuku to start fearing not only his quirk but himself. Going into the locker room Izuku curls up into a ball knowing he can't lose but is winning really worth it?

*Back In The Arena*

Present Mic: So Next Up Bakugo Vs Shinso will began at 6:30 so stay in your seats

Cemantoss was fixing the ring so Shinso and Bakugo could fight the battle between the mysterious student and the wrathful Bakugo
