it's been about a month since the boys had gotten together. they were sitting on the couch doing homework when a thought came to wooyoungs mind.

"meet my family." he blurted out. he didn't know what sans reaction would be. he's been thinking about it for a long time. wooyoungs parents had agreed and supported whoever his soulmate would be as long as they made wooyoung happy.

san smiled and nodded his head. "when would you like that to happen?" wooyoung thought about it. it was currently thursday and he was hoping saturday night would be good. he had told san when causing his boyfriend to nod and go back to his screen to continue his work.

wooyoung stood up and headed to the bedroom to call his mom. he hadn't told any of them yet about his soulmate finding and he knew they would be excited and happy for him.

"wooyoung? hello!" he heard his mother's soft voice exclaim excitedly. he smiled wide at his mother's reaction and told her about saturday night. he invited her and his father over for dinner. she happily agreed and they ended the conversation.

wooyoung felt confident they would love san. the boy was simply perfect and wooyoung would never understand how he got lucky with san. this past month of living together was amazing. san didn't work yet so he offered to cook and clean the house to make up for it. wooyoung told him countless of times there was no need, his parents helped him with rent but san still felt bad.

san was always taught respect. his mother told him if you're a guest you help and make up for it. san wasn't really a guest anymore but he felt cooking and cleaning was necessary considering wooyoung always looked exhausted no matter how hard he tried.

wooyoung now headed towards the living room. san was no longer there and his laptop was shut meaning he must've finished. he heard the sink run in the kitchen and sighed knowing san was doing the dishes.

he walked up to the boy and wrapped his arms around his waist back hugging him. "stop doing dishes for once and let's do something." wooyoung said squishing his cheek in sans back. san laughed shyly and shook his head.

"i'm almost done woo, we can head to the park and get some ice cream." wooyoung jumped in excitement and nodded, rushing san to finish quickly and headed towards the door to slip on some shoes.

san soon finished and they headed out. wooyoung led the way and after about 15 minutes they arrived. "what do you want?" he asked. san looked up at the menu but didn't really understand. all of what he learned suddenly left his mind. "i don't remember how to read..." he said shyly. wooyoung looked over and saw red coat his cheeks and he smiled.

"don't worry! uhh chocolate... vanilla.... uh fruit? thing, straw- strawberry?" he finished off by point at other flavors down in the window to show the other options. san looked down and saw oreo ice cream and point to that. wooyoung nodded his head and told san to find a seat and that he'll be right there.

san observed his surroundings. the city was bright with lights and the sun was setting. people were rushing to get home. he liked this atmosphere. it felt more alive yet calming. it was different and he loved it. wooyoung sat down across from him handing him his ice cream. he muttered a small thank you with a smile and began eating.

they sat in silence, taking about 5 minutes to finish up. "now let's go to the park yeah?" wooyoung said standing up grabbing the trash. san nodded and stood up, walking towards the door and waited for wooyoung. they stepped out and walked and in hand wooyoung leading the way once again.

they sat at a bench. the sky was now dark and the park was empty. "you know i'm excited for saturday... my parents are gonna adore you." wooyoung smiled. he looked over at san seeing the warm smile resting on his face. san turned around and smiled wider for his dimples to appear. "i'm excited as well, i have a lot of thanks to give them." he joked wrapping his arms around wooyoung. the night was chilly but the two felt warm together. san looked at the boy and kissed his cheeks.

"i'm feeling soft at the moment, can i just say i'm grateful for you? i didn't realize how unhappy i was. when i went home i had a great time seeing my dad, but you weren't there and i felt pretty blah truthfully. coming back i felt happier. the second i landed i just wanted to see you. i always think of the time you were sick because of me. i will forever blame myself for putting you through that. i'm just happy i made it on time and did research. i apologize for being so slow." he chucked a little. wooyoung laughed along remembering sans clueless self.

"i really thought you knew we were soulmates. when i saw your tattoo grow i just knew it was you for sure. i had my suspicions when i first saw you but i really wasn't sure. i tried so hard to get close to you! i had yeosang teach me english and everything. i'm sorry i don't know a good amount, but i'll keep trying for you." he said bringing sans hand up to his lips and pecking them softly.

"i'll be better at reading korean too, i think we'll be okay right?" san said turning to face wooyoung. the boy smiled and nodded.

"we'll always be okay, i'm so sure of it." he said grabbing sans neck and pulling him closer just to kiss him. san smiled and wrapped his arms around wooyoung again pulling wooyoung even closer deepening the kiss. both boys loved each other deeply and knew after a night of confessions they would face everything head on together.
