『Luck』

Name: Luck
Type: Emitter
Ability: The user can change their opponent's luck in battle.

➢Basically, the user can mess up someone's accuracy so that way they can't get a hit, or make their attacks stronger.

➢The user can decline, or increase someone's stamina, accuracy, attack, defense, strength, or speed.

➢The user can increase or decrease two abilities, but the user gets exhausted quicker.

Drawback(s): Using the quirk too much can exhaust the user.

➢The user must come into physical contact with their partner or opponent, or else the quirk will not work.

➢If the user wishes to change what they are controlling, it takes a lot focus and time. Changing what the user is controlling can take about ten minutes, and that seems to go slow

Special Ability/Attack: Lucky, or Unlucky

➢The user can increase all of their partner's abilities, or decline all of their opponent's abilities. Lucky or Unlucky can last up to 15 minutes, it all depends on how happy, angry the user is.

➢After the ability, the user and their partner both go down. The reason behind it is because the user used their quirk to help their partner, and the partner goes down because of how much energy was used. It overwhelms the body.

Special Ability/Attack: Maxed Out

➢With this attack, the user can max out someone's stamina, attack, accuracy, speed, or defense. This ability can also power up the user, and both the user and their partner glow with power.

➢Sadly, the main drawback to this quirk is the user's possible death. If the user isn't strong enough to handle Maxed Out, the user can end up breaking the bones they need to live.

➢The user to Luck can be paired up with anyone. They can be a villain, or a hero. Be careful what you wish for.

➢The user is always lucky, but once they use their quirk, the user loses 1% of their luck, which they cannot get back.

➢Luck is also such a rare quirk. So when people are born with Luck, they're very special. .000001% of the population has this quirk.
