Armin opened the door to the doctor's office. To his surprise, no one was in there. "Where's (Y/N)?" He asked. Hange then popped out of nowhere and put her hand on Armin's shoulder. "The boss caught something. She's in his quarters." she responded.

"Overworking, I'm guessing?" Armin then turned to his left to see Erwin. Hange then nodded, "Last time he was sick, he didn't tell anyone."

Silence filled the room.

Someone had to say it..and it was Hange. "He's really changed after (Y/N) joined the Mafia." She spoke. "I know!" Armin agreed. "I will say I do see a difference." Erwin also agreed. "Shit! I forgot I had to get the Meadowsweet! Let's go!" Hange then rushed to the garden, soon returning with some kind of plant.

The three proceeded to head to the Boss's quarters, soon arriving at the front door. Usually no one is allowed in the quarters, but it couldn't be helped. They proceeded to open the door slowly and walked in cautiously. They opened the door to the bedroom to see the unimaginable.

"You're really an idiot. Overworking yourself like that! You know, if you still didn't have a doctor, you probably would be dead." (Y/N) was scolding her boss. Everyone didn't dare to say a word. "You're being dramatic. It's just a cold." Levi defended himself. Then he coughed, not proving his point. When the three heard (Y/N) laugh, they didn't know what to expect.

"You have the Flu!"

"You have the flu?!" Erwin asked out loud, then covered his mouth. The room went silent. Armin and Hange looked at him with an annoyed look.

-

"Of course there's a cure for the flu. It's just hard to get ahold of in our position." I explained to the clueless. They nodded, telling me to explain more. "We're in the Mafia. Many in the Mafia are known to the public, and if we are in the public eye, we're more than sure to get noticed. Plus, we look intimidating." I explain further.

I then notice what Hange is holding. "Ah the Meadowsweet. Thank you, but I won't need it. I need something way stronger to treat him." I tell Hange, who just puts it down on Levi's desk.

I then get up and go to Levi's work desk. "What do you think your doing?" Levi asks weakly. "Getting a piece of paper. I have a pen." I respond, finally taking out a small piece of paper. "For the treatments, we need Decongestant, Cough medicine, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Analgesic, and Antiviral drugs." I then write it on the piece of paper.

"Why can't you go, (Y/N)?" Armin asks the obvious. "You idiot. Before she joined, she was always out in the public. When she joined she disappeared. If she goes now, people will ask questions. They just assume she moved or fell ill and passed." Levi explained. "You shouldn't be talking right now, Mr. Sick Man." Hange smiled at Levi who just rolled his eyes. "Yes, I agree. Get some rest." I instruct him.

"I'm supposed to be giving the orders, damn it." He said weakly. "He's asleep." Erwin pointed out. "Good." I mutter.

-

"How did Boss know why you couldn't go outside?" Armin asked me out of the blue. I turned to him and smiled, "You always have to know things about your fellow coworkers, my friend." I tell him. He gives me a confused look in response, "How odd, he didn't ask me about my life." Armin then shrugged. I was quite confused as well. He didn't talk to him? I mean, maybe it's because I was around him so much.

Like right now! He's sick, he needs assistance from the doctor. Nothing more..

Right?

"(Y/N). We have decided that we will hire Carla from the uniform shop to go and get the medicine. You surely have met her, right?" I tilt my head in confusion.

Who?

Erwin then looked over to Levi. "You and Levi went to get your uniform there." He tells me. That jogs my memory. "When we came back soaking wet from the rain. Couldn't forget." I smile. I look over where Levi currently was sleeping.

My face is oddly hot. Did I catch the flu while looking over Levi? Surely not! I have a good immune system. I decide to ignore it and carry on with my day as usual.

"We should probably leave him to get rest. I still have to treat others back in the doctor's office. Can't just focus on the boss." I turn to Levi, who is just peacefully sleeping. I then get up and walk to the door to leave. "You guys can decide to stay or leave. I don't really care. But if you stay, keep your distance." I recommend to the three. I turn and open the door and leave.

The rest of this chapter will be in Levi's Perspective. The next chapter however, will not. It will go back to (Y/N)'s perspective.

I wake up with a really bad headache. My head is dizzy and I can't think straight. I punch my head lightly a few times. Of course that doesn't work, so I just close my eyes until it goes away. Once my dizziness goes away, I finally look around my room. I look at my nightstand to see all kinds of medicine, water, and a piece of paper.

I pick up the paper and read it carefully. It's a schedule for when to take certain medications. At the bottom of the paper, there is a sentence written bigger than the schedule.

"DO NOT TAKE ALL AT ONCE OR YOU'LL DIE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DON'T BE AN IDIOT."

It read.

It was obviously (Y/N)'s doing.

Only she would be so bold to tell me what to do. What an odd girl she is. Only my mother was that bold. Telling me what to do. It wasn't a harsh way, it was a..motherly way.

I take the first medication and down it with water. I then yawn. Never in my life have I been this lazy. I have to get up..

"Don't move, you're sick."

That's right..If I move, then I'll only get sicker. And if I get sicker, then I will get scolded. God I hate being scolded. But I allow (Y/N) to do whatever she wants. I don't mind, it's like watching a baby cry when it doesn't get what it wants. I laugh, making me cough.

"È strano" Translation: It's strange. I speak out loud.

Whenever she is near me, I don't know what to do and I let her do whatever she pleases.

"Non ho capito bene.." Translation: I'm confused..
