"Change of plans. Us three are going into his new house and killing him." Kenny announces.

Day 360. Five more days. The only problem is that Kenny and Caven are getting in the way of my plan. I rather not have to hurt them. They've been nothing but accepting and nice to me for the past year.

We even go out a couple times a week. By going out I mean getting ice cream or walking around the mall. We wear our disguises to make sure no one recognizes us. Kenny's disguise outfit is hilarious. He had to wear the most ridiculous wig and clothes that scream dad energy. Like I said, it was hilarious.

One time, we were going to get some lo mein from a restaurant and women left and right started flirting with him. I guess it's the Ackerman charm.

I had completely forgotten about what I would have to do soon.

-

"You ready? We go in a couple days." He told me. I nodded, "Indeed. I'm quite excited, actually." I answered. By the way, that was a lie when I said I was excited. We were currently in the kitchen. I was making brownies for everyone.

That's a lot of brownies.

"Excited? I thought you would be hesitant." He then grabbed a strawberry and dipped it in the brownie mix. "I gave up on him a long time ago, Kenny." I tried to be as realistic as possible. Luckily, he believed me and just shrugged.

"After you do that, I'll take over the Mafia and Caven can also. I'll give you this place." He then took a bite of the strawberry, making sure he didn't bite of the green part. "Cool, my own place. But one thing. The cat that he owns, I want it." Eli. I missed that cat so much.

..And everyone else.

He laughs, causing me to snap out of it. "Sure, sure." Kenny gets up and stretches. "Better be ready, (Y/N). We ain't holding back just because you used to work there." He said in a serious tone. "You don't have to be so serious. It scares me when you are." I roll my eyes and cross my arms.

"Eh, just a warning." He shrugged.

At first, I wasn't really nervous about my plan, but now I am. My original plan was to go to Levi and warn him and kill Kenny, but now...I don't want to kill him. He was like family I've never had. Seeing a father figure disappear right before my eyes is
Déjà vu, literally.

I also want to be with Levi. Over the past year, I really thought about him. The times we spent together. The love we shared. It's something I would never forget. I want to be with him. But sadly, he doesn't love me anymore.

That was determined when he broke up with me and told me to leave. I still don't understand why Kenny brought me in even after Levi left me. It's so confusing. Even so, I'm kinda glad he did. If he didn't, who knows what I would of done.

Caven then tapped me on the shoulder, making me get out of dreamland. "Yeah?" I turn to face her. "I've been wondering, where did you get that ring?" She pointed at the diamond ring that was on my ring finger.

I'm surprised that she just now noticed it.

"Well, my father got it for me." I lied. I didn't want to tell her that Levi got it for me. It was one of the only things I had left of him. "It's beautiful. No wonder I never see you without it. It must be really important to you." Caven was the one that I had a strong connection with. Not that I didn't with Kenny, it's just she was around my age. Trust me, age is a huge thing when it comes to friendships.

"Once the Mafia is taken over, we'll have all the jewelry in the world. All the money, all the power. We will be unstoppable." She said. One thing that I can't say I like about her is that she is very loyal to Kenny. It's like they have the same mind. Don't get me wrong, being loyal is a great thing to have, just when it comes to Kenny..

For example, I tell her a joke about Kenny and she goes all serious and stuff. That's when she isn't so fun to be around. She's kinda stuck up, but that's what makes her special and unique.

Usually, when she tells Kenny everything, he just laughs or shrugs it off. That's one thing that I like about Kenny. He likes funny things. Or he tries to make the room happier when it's all gloomy. He's just that kind of guy.

"Want to get some Gelato?" Caven asked me suddenly. "Hell ya." I respond, excited for a nice cold treat. "Did someone say Gelato? Let's get our disguises on and get there!" Kenny excitingly says.

Kenny is so goofy sometimes.

-

Every month Levi would pay his respects to (Y/N). Historia made a little shrine for her, and people would pay their respects. It's not like they could go to her grave, she didn't have one.

Her body wasn't found.

Levi just guessed that Kenny hid it somewhere no one could find it.

Even though it's been almost a year, not one person forgot (Y/N). No on forgot her loving smile. No one forgot about her stubbornness, especially Levi. That's one of the reasons why he fell head over heels for (Y/N). No one dared to question or talk back to Levi. But her, she didn't care. She treated him like a normal human being.

She didn't call him boss. She would sometimes jokingly say it, but not often. Those times they went to the cafe and talked about their lives, no one had ever done that with Levi. Well, maybe Hange, but even she is just a little bit scared of him.

That one time they talked at 2:30am. The time he made her feel better after the failed mission. The time they first kissed.

He would never forget that.
