The teens arrived at Atlas Academy just when the bell rang signaling for the students to head inside. Alex led the teens towards the side of the school where they would be able to see the front of the school. Only that the place to hide was with the various trash bags and dumpsters.
Alex and Gert stood on top of some crates to see over the brick wall, seeing that there was no one in sight Alex turns around and jumps off the crate, "OK. We got 15 minutes while everybody's in all-school assembly"
Luna helps Gert step down of the crates while Alex turns to Topher, "Once you're inside, straight down the hallway. Then go up to the second floor"
"Take the main staircase" Molly suggests making Nico turn to her and question, "Shouldn't he take the side stairs?"
"Then he'll run into the Vape Team" Chase inputs as they all knew the school and its cliques
"The kids with vape pens" Gert shares making Luna roll her eyes which she did whenever she saw the vape team
"Oh, they're so annoying. 'Sick clouds, brah.'" Molly imitates the teens who would vape
"You guys, stop." Alex says as they didn't have much time for Topher to be told the plan and execute it, "First door to your right is the computer lab. Back of the room, there's a wood cabinet. Inside is a safe, 19-3-26, right, left Give me your phone, I'll write it down"
Topher hands over his phone which makes his leather jackets sleeve move to show his wrist. Alex was able to see the burn mark on Topher's wrist but doesn't comment, instead, he just takes the phone and write down the combination. Alex hands back the phone, "Do not speak to anyone"
"Not that anyone here has anything to say" Nico comments making Luna tilt her head not wanting to agree with Nico but knew she did
"It's not that bad, Nico" Chase defends but he was the only one willing to defend the school
"It's not that good, either" Gert says with her arms crossed
Alex turns to Topher and asks, "Got it?"
"I survived foster care, no?" Topher rhetorically asks looking at the teens, "I think I can handle a bunch of fresas"
"Fresas. It means spoiled rich kids" Molly explains and in a way her having to translate just annoyed Luna but then she also had to remember that not everyone in the group knew much Spanish, especially Spanish words that the teachers weren't teaching in class
"Like us?" Gert asks with her eyebrows furrowed
"Like we used to be" Molly says while nodding her head
Nothing else was said making Topher walk over to the wall brick and jump over it and make his way towards the school. The teens then situate themselves to be able to see over the wall, and since there were only two crates the rest of the teens had to sit on the dumpster.
