the next few days flew by for the two of them, and they consisted of plenty of cooking sessions, cuddle sessions, and movie nights. mitsuki has noticed her sons ever softening demeanor and she couldn't help but smile at the thought of it. she had been the exact same before she had met her wonderful husband. maybe, just maybe, (y/n) was katsuki's masaru. she grinned and walked towards katsuki's bedroom. she opened the door just a crack, only to see the two teenagers laughing loudly while playing a video game together. she didn't like the fact that they were up so late on a sunday, but the sight in front of her made up for it.

katsuki had suggested that (y/n) tried playing just a little bit of call of duty, his favorite game, after she'd shown some interest. she'd admitted that her father never really bought her those types of things and she'd never played on the playstation. that fact, of course, only encouraged bakugou even more. so now the two of them sat shoulder to shoulder as they screamed loudly at each other.

"damnit katsuki! just revive me you asshat," the girl growled, still shooting at the zombies even though she was down. the spiky haired boy only grunted in response, unlocking the gate to get more ground to work with. the girl gasped at this motion and frowned, setting her controller down as she waited to respawn. she watched with a pouty face as katsuki somehow managed to upgrade his gun and take down a hoard. when she respawned, she joined him, a frown on her face.

"i hope you die," she mumbled, catching katsuki off guard. he paused for a second before bursting into probably the most beautiful laughter that had ever graced (y/n)'s ears. the boys shoulders shook heavily as he laughed his ass off, making the girl giggle as well. they eventually were both laughing too hard to notice that they had lost, both being killed by the zombies. mitsuki grinned, a warm feeling in her chest. she finally knocked on the door before opening it fully.

"i hate to interrupt, but it's time for bed you two," she stayed softly. bakugou just nodded as (y/n) mumbled out a soft 'yes ma'am'. mitsuki nodded and walked out, leaving the two of them alone in katsuki's bedroom. katsuki eventually stopped laughing, looking at the girl next to him while wiping away the tears that spilled down his face from laughing so hard.

"why was the so funny," (y/n) breathed out after she finished laughing as well. katsuki just shook his head, taking a deep breath.

"that was just so unlike you," he grinned. "you're like the sweetest most down to earth person i've met." the two looked at each other before bursting into another giggle fit, (y/n) playfully smacking katsuki's shoulder. when the laughter died down again, the two stood up, katsuki turning off his playstation and (y/n) grabbing her pajamas and heading into the bathroom. when she began to change, she looked at herself in the mirror. a peachy blush dusted her cheeks and she had an involuntary smile on her face. the immediately thought of bakugou as being the cause of this and her heart sped up. she sighed contently as she gathered up her dirty laundry and exited the bathroom.

katsuki, on the other hand, hadn't been able to take his mind off of the sweet, goofy, beautiful girl that had made his life incredible. he had known for a while that he liked her, but now he was certain that it wasn't a simple crush. he was in love with her. he would never admit it, however. that would be a bid blow to his pride and ego. but he sure as hell would show it. and he did just that when he saw the girl walk out of his bathroom. he gently took her clothes and threw them into his dirty laundry hamper. he then walked over to her and gently led her to his bed, laying down. the girl climbed into bed and snuggled up next to him, her head resting on his chest and her hand draped over his stomach. the two smiled contently and glanced at each other, a blush on both of their faces.
