created from the raw dreams and nostalgia of the young female named 'ruby allison breezer' in the year 2015.
the strong, flourishing and pleasant continent of quartzia is managed by:
- the owner, creator and greater queen of the continent; ruby allison breezer
- roseangeline, the soon-to-be queen of quartzia, alongside ruby
this continents purpose is to distract the minds of the emotionally troubled and mentally unstable youth who the greater queen is strongly associated with.
for the meantime, the amount of beings who are permitted to enter this 'paracosm' add up to approximately 10.
if other people are seen, besides the ten who ruby has allowed to enter, those will be sent out of the place within 10 days.
the rules and regulations are as follows:
- do not conversate with the mistress of pleasure situated in the scansed unless you have been told to do so.
